They are about 2.5 hours away from where I live, but they showed up within two days of my calling and at the exact time they said they would be here. This was not a big money-making job for them, but they came and fixed my leak and didn't do a quick rush-job. It was inspected thoroughly. This company is easy and a pleasure to work with. The guy that came out was very polite, took pictures and showed my the problems and the repairs he had made. He didn't try to sell me a new roof, very honest and trustworthy, which is something you don't see very often these days. I've had them replace a…read morestrip of shingles that came loose in a storm, they fixed a bad leak around a vent pipe, and recently they replaced my entire roof with a high-quality hail-resistant roof, along with repairing a rotted soffit. We just went through one of the worst snow-storms in decades, and my new roof appears leak-free. They also did some nice things I did not expect, such as painting all my vent-pipes to match the roof, along with straightening a crooked vent-cover that had been knocked out of place by a huge windstorm. Also, I did not know they did soffit repair until they came out, and the team that did it did a beautiful job. There were many cracked trim boards and I had one fascia board that woodpeckers had damaged over the years. I selected All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction for two reasons: 1) That had excellent BBB and customer ratings. 2) Their bid was much lower than the other bidders. Three subcontractors came to do the work. 1st) Did the carpenter repairs which took about a week. 2nd) Primed all the new bare wood and double layered the house with Sherwin Williams Super Paint which I had to pay extra for and well worth it. This took about 4 days. 3rd) New gutters to the new trim which was completed in two hours. All three subcontractors for All Oklahoma Roofing and Construction did a very expert job and I'm very happy with the results. I recommend anyone looking to have their house painted to go with this company. The job will be done right!

It took them seven months and a threat to small claims court to get my new roof installed. During that time of waiting I had water damage from leaking in the roof. It is now April 2015 and I still have yet to get my gutters replaced that I have also paid for. June will be one year since I spoke to Rich and hired him to do my roof and gutters. I was told by Rich to speak to his daughter Jen on getting an appointment to get my gutters fixed and she has yet to call me back and once again just like the roof issue is giving me the runaround on when I can get my gutters fixed. I do not recommend these people to anyone it is a family owned business and they do not know what the heck they are doing. They are a total rip off. I am determined to get my gutters your place and I will be appearing in their office tomorrow demanding an appointment. I hope they read this because I am very angry customer.
