When I called to have the guttering installed, they were able to fit me in within a week of my call. They arrived after I left for work and were completed with the job before I got home. And, I have not found any debris that would indicate they were there. They did a great job cleaning up, the only way you would know I had guttering done was if you saw the battered gutters from the hail prior to seeing the pristine installed guttering. They demanded payment before they finished their contract and threatened to file a lien on my home if I didn't agree to pay them before they completed their work. I'm still picking up nails and roofing material in my yard that was supposed to be removed. They also broke all of my flowerbed yard lights and a ceramic bird bath. I ended up contracting another company to finish the job. I have since found out that other companies charge much less for the same work. There are several good roofing contractors out there but Southlake Builders isn't one of them.
