The keyed-lock flip handle is so much easier to operate than the lock on our previous patio door. We had to replace the rollers on our previous other-brand door several times over 30 years. Having the Thermal Windows Inc lifetime limited warranty which will cover the rollers being replaced, if necessary, is a real comfort as husband is no longer able to make those kinds of repairs. It took nearly 3 months to get the custom-made door built and installed. The door screen was delivered ripped and a tiny part, the Charlie saddle was broken which took another month to replace. It has now been over a month since installation was final and the door operates very smoothly and all components appear top quality. We are happy with door and service. Long term satisfaction is what is important to us.

So I called them again in January to set up replacement of four additional windows. The windows were installed yesterday, and I could not be more pleased with the result. The windows are excellent quality with superior double locking systems and look great. If I need any additional windows or doors in the future, Thermal will be my only call. Thank you!

I couldn't be happier with the windows that this company installed at my house. They are top…read morequality double paned, double-hung windows with a lifetime warranty. The manufacturer backs up the warranty as we found out. One of the screens had a fault, so Dusty of Mid-del contacted the company. In a few days, a company rep showed up at our house and installed a replacement screen. I can't say enough about Mid-del. They were fast. They cleaned up after each window. They took down all the curtains and blinds and put them back up. They even fixed one of my curtain rods. I hoped that they wouldn't mess up all my plants under my windows too bad. I was surprised to find that not one plant had been stepped on. All this quality and service for just a little more than my neighbor paid for the cheapest windows at Lowe's.

I had Home Renew install some windows, and that went ok so I had them install my new siding - HUGE…read moreMistake. During the initial visit to make his sales pitch, Brent Webb brought one style of siding and several color choices. Brent chose a color and style then insisted I go with what he selected for me. I did not like what he selected, so we actually argued over the color and style. The only way I got him to agree was by telling him, "These are the colors and the style I want; if you can't handle that, take your stuff and leave." He relented. I should have tossed him out of my house right then. My main reason for getting siding was that the original siding had been recalled because it just rots and falls off the wall. So I wanted that removed. Clearly, it says on the invoice, "Remove Existing Siding". On the first date it was to be installed, I was told they had gone to the wrong house when they measured everything, and after measuring my house, they needed more material. So that delayed everything by about a month. The night before installation, I called Brent to make sure they were going to have a dumpster dropped off for all the debris. He said, "They will just use their trailer." Installation day arrives, the crew shows up and starts work. After a little bit, I go out to check on them and find that they are not removing the old siding, and the crewmen say they were not told to do so. Also, they were putting the colors in the wrong place. Turns out they had no invoice and no instructions on where to install the different colors/styles. The crewman called Brent. I spoke to him, telling him I wanted the old siding removed and the color scheme to be as I wanted it to be. Regarding removing the old siding, Brent said, "We are not doing that!" and that "to fix our error with the colors, you will have to pay more." And they did charge me $900 to fix the error their own guys made. After installation, I found that more than half of the siding does not have the foam insulating backing that was supposed to be installed. Also, some of the siding is curling up, but I can't call them because they will either ignore me or just do a lousy job and charge me more money to fix it when it should be covered under warranty. Brent Webb is a lying piece of garbage and should never be trusted at all. Hone Renew completely ripped me off for about $9000.
