From start to finish, they were professional, thorough, and incredibly responsive. We especially want to thank Brandon Watkins, who went above and beyond in handling the complicated insurance process for us. He spent several months communicating back and forth with our insurance company, making sure every detail was addressed. His persistence and clear communication took so much stress off our shoulders--we truly felt like our home was in good hands the entire time. The crew's workmanship was excellent, and the finished result looks fantastic. They showed up when they said they would, kept the work site clean, and made sure everything was done right. It's rare to find a company that combines great craftsmanship with such genuine care for their customers, but Parker Brothers delivered both. We absolutely recommend Parker Brothers Roofing to anyone in the OKC area, and if you get the chance to work with Brandon, you'll be in the best hands possible. Thanks again for making a stressful situation so much easier and for getting our home back to looking better than ever!

In the end, we didn't just choose IBEX--we chose Ricky Kemple. Ricky was incredibly easy to work with. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, just honest advice, outstanding knowledge, and true professionalism. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel confident throughout the entire process. Our window was anything but simple. It had three sections with curved tops, so we knew it would take someone with experience to measure it accurately, order it correctly, and install it perfectly. Raymond, the installer, was nothing short of amazing. I was honestly nervous to watch because we have wallpaper and blinds that I didn't want damaged. Raymond carefully removed everything as if he were working in his own home. He was organized, meticulous, and took pride in every detail. His craftsmanship was incredible, and when he finished, the window looked absolutely perfect. He even cleaned up so thoroughly that there wasn't a speck of dust left behind. If you've been putting off replacing your windows, don't hesitate to call IBEX Windows. Ricky and Raymond made the entire experience stress-free, and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them! IBEX Windows The Fernbergs
