After a major hail storm came through the neighborhood on the evening of October 23, 2025, I woke up to the army of roofing company employees coming to my door asking me to let them help with my roofing needs. I repeatedly said I would think about what they were offering, although I knew who I was going to reach out to, Triple Diamond Construction and Roofing. I watched them replace the roof on my neighbors home a few years earlier and loved the workmanship and care that was put into their roof. I reached out to Triple Diamond Construction on October 24, to request assistance with filing a claim and getting my storm damage repaired. Michael Brittain and Cory Wiley were essential in taking care of getting all of the damage from the storm repaired. I had extensive damage to window screens, gutters/leaf guards, shutters, garage door, fence, out building, the air conditioner, and of course the roof of which everything needed to be repaired. While Michael and Cory were the two people who showed up to take control of the job there were many more amazing workers who took care of doing the work. I would highly recommend Triple Diamond Construction and Roofing to anyone needing repairs as they make sure the insurance requirements are met and the proper coverage is handled before they start the repairs as required by the insurance company. Good experience! Our account manager, Adam, was very professional and always available to answer any questions we had. He handled everything with the insurance company and their adjuster to make sure everything that needed to be replaced or repaired was covered by our policy. The worst company to ever work with. They dropped the ball. Quit taking my calls. Never got back with me

Initially, they seemed very helpful. We had a hail storm and we let them check out our roof. It was in need of repair, and they helped with getting the claim started with my insurance company. They even came when my insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof & made sure to include certain things. After this part, they went MIA. I never received their quote on the repair cost. I reached it to the rep that was assisting us, Tyler Holton, and he tried to put their lack of communication as my fault. He said that they've tried calling me and when I didn't answer, they figured I went with another company. I didn't have 1 missed phone call from him. I had a partial voicemail from someone who didn't leave any info, but I could hear them talking to another worker about us "not being from around here anyway ". I asked Tyler for a quote, he gave me his email so I could send the insurance quote over to him and he was sides to send me a quote. Then he went MIA again, I never received another communication from him. I even called Triple Diamond and left a message for a project manager, I still didn't receive a call back! 4 months goes by, and I receive a call from Tyler. He said he was working for a new company now, he's been trying to find my contact info, and wanted to see if I still needed help. No thank you! read more

First off, if you do business with them, they will assign you an account manager. IF you get a good one then I would recommend them highly. This has been an awful experience. There was a large hailstorm on 4/28/2021. As expected, the next day we were flooded with contractors looking at the roof to replace. I really appreciated what Triple Diamond had to say regarding handling the job/claim. I hired them to handle the job. Initially, the conversations went well, and they agreed to handle the roof, the deck railing, and the garage door. After the paperwork was signed, that is where the trouble started. We had so many issues that I'm going to break it down into categories. Communication: Communication was terrible. We would go weeks without hearing anything. I will admit that the combination of our insurance and lender, the checks took a little time to go back and forth, but not that much. I would call to ask a question that was almost always met with, "i'll ask about that," but then we wouldn't get a response for weeks (when i called again). Our case handler would tell us they'd be by to pick up something (paperwork/window screens/etc.) and then they wouldn't show. Weeks would go by before they'd contact again and say they'd be by. Rinse and repeat. I eventually had to call and talk to management in order to get the claim completed. We had workers show up without any warning. Timeframe: This job took a VERY long time to complete. The hailstorm occurred on 4/28/2021 and we're finally closing the claim in July of 2022!! The Work Performed: Roof - Seems fine. I don't know much about roofing, but it looks good. That being said, the roofers left open a side gate on our fence without our knowledge. That evening our dog got out of the fence. For the next two weeks we made posters, drove the surrounding miles, and combed Facebook for any sighting of our baby. After two weeks, we got a call that she had been found in a ditch and had been hit by a car. Outside of the fact that this was a very expensive dog, she was a VERY beloved member of our family. I spoke to our case handler about the situation, and they advised, "oh we're gonna chew their butts out." That was the only thing every mentioned regarding the issue. Deck Railing - The deck railing was re-stained. However, they did not do any sanding/fixing the actual damage created by the hail. Also, the stain color they used definitely did not match the deck itself. Garage Door: The garage door was painted the wrong color. When we asked about them fixing it, they went around and around with "I'll see what I can do" but then never getting back to me. I would call a week later and get the same response. Eventually, I called and spoke to a manager about all our issues, and they said, "we will absolutely get that fixed." I did receive a call the next day regarding it. That being said, several weeks later they dropped by wanting us to sign an appraisal form and to pick up the color sample. Unfortunately, we were on vacation. I called the following Monday to let them know we had what they needed. They advised they come pick it up and again, weeks went by. The garage door never did get repainted. Window Screens: Outside of how long it took for these to get fixed/replaced, the work was fine. They did just drop them off for me to put up myself. But that was an easy task. In summary of a very long rant, our experience with Triple Diamond was terrible. The job took over a year to complete, there was terrible communication, and we lost a very beloved pet due to their roofers. We eventually just signed the last forms, paid the deductible, and told them to forget about painting the garage door. We had sold our home and did not want this open claim holding up the sale. read more

Run like the wind from this company. I hired them because my life was jam packed with responsibility at the time and I did not have the bandwidth to coordinate roof and gutter repairs as I have done a couple times before. At the time it seemed like a good idea, especially since they were all full of smiles and promises. Fast forward 6 months, the job is finally "done" with poorer quality gutters and paint than what I had meticulously put on before. I am going to have to repair/repaint my gutters myself. Things were promised and then evaporated into excuses. And, they are billing my insurance company nearly 1/3 the value of my entire house just for roof and gutters. That seems pretty darn unethical, not to mention what it is going to do to my homeowners insurance premiums. Sure wish they would have worked as hard for me as they did for themselves and their almighty dollar. Insurance companies sure know who they are, and not in a good way. Despite living in a no soliciting neighborhood they insist on dry knocking doors. They showed up once this week and I told them do not knock on my door. They insisted on knocking on my door again awakening my infant. These people do not have respect for peoples property or they can not read. Either way these are not good traits in a company you want to do business with! read more

Very poor service and Anthony took $1000 more than he should when we settled the bill. I had a stroke and my cognitive abilities are impaired a little so I didn't catch it until the next day. I called up to get it refunded but then he said it was for the front driveway pavement which is tiny compared with what he did...also he included the pavement in the original bid so he basically cheated me out of $1000. The concrete that he poured is dark for the RV pad and lighter for the driveway so it looks peculiar. I have pictures so if anyone wants to see you're welcome,. Overall they didn't finish the job and it's been weeks. I shouldn't have paid until everything was done, but again, I wasn't thinking well. BEWARE. DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Amazing company! Employees are very informative when it comes to dealing with a stressful time dealing with insurance. They also do free exterior inspections and give you a folder of all of their credentials. Homes best friend? 100% from start to finish they are there to make sure you're taken care of. My dad, who is a 70 year old disabled Veteran with Parkinson's, has been trying to get his roof replaced since July. Triple Diamond took his $7K in insurance checks and has yet to give him a date for the construction. We have called and emailed multiple employees. They keep telling us they will call us back and never do. I do NOT recommend this company! read more

Brandon Stanford came by a couple of weeks ago & did a roof inspection for me after I saw a small leak in my ceiling. He discussed it with me and suggested that I contact the roofing company that had installed it 7 years ago first to see if it was still under their warranty. This company is from Moore, OK. We live in Oklahoma City. We just had an employee going door to door offering a free roof inspection due to a very small hailstorm 2 weeks ago. I DO NOT appreciate ANYONE going door to door to sell me ANYTHING I have NOT ordered, requested, or asked information on during a INTERNATIONAL PANDEMIC when citizens are requested to self-isolate and wear a mask while out in public. In addition, the employee was NOT wearing a mask. I understand businesses are going through a rough time but please, do not go door to door for unsolicited business during a national pandemic! read more

We have called and reported on this company and its employees multiple times for solicitation. Our neighborhood is an HOA neighborhood, however, we do not have gates at our entrances, so our roads are considered "city streets." We have signs at both entrances clearly stating that it is an HOA neighborhood and no solicitation is allowed. This company has repeatedly come into our neighborhood and gone door to door trying to generate business by offering free roof and storm damage inspections. As part of our HOA Board, I have called the company multiple times and asked them to please note our neighborhood is one that does not allow solicitation, per our signs at the entrances, and to please remove our neighborhood from their rotation. They were back in our neighborhood again today for the THIRD time in 6 months and their Sales Manager basically told me to kick rocks, forget about our no solicitation signs, they were within their legal rights because our roads were city streets, and if we wanted to keep them out then our HOA should install gates. Great business ethics and customer service! He then wanted to go round and round trying tell me about how right he was, how they had people who appreciated them coming to their door and wanted them to come back and do inspections later, and completely disregarded what I was trying to ask as a representative from our neighborhood association. Again, forget our rules and requests for no solicitors, apparently we need gates to control them from coming in or have our residents individually put up "No Solicitation" signs. That was his solution and response to my request. There are reasons neighborhoods have HOA's and people want to live in HOA neighborhoods and it's because of the ability to control things in the neighborhood and look out for neighbors' concerns, like solicitation, but Triple Diamond doesn't care. I'll be sure to spread the word about their great business ethics and general disregard for public requests. These guys were fantastic! They were there when my insurance adjustor came out to ensure that all of the damage was noticed and covered by them. They walked us through the process and had all of the work done (we had lots of damage) done within a few days of us getting the settlement from our insurance. The Triple Diamond team showed up on time...and replaced the roof on our entire house in one day. They also cleaned up VERY well after they were through -- no debris from shingles, paper, or nails left behind! On top of that, they came back and checked on us several months later to make sure everything was still in good shape. Triple Diamond is the best. (By the way, our neighbor across the street decided to follow nostalgia and have the same company replace his roof who had done the job 15 years prior. But it took that company 8 days to get the job done!! He told me that he wished he had used Triple Diamond instead!) read more

TDC roofed my home with out any problems. When I called on some finial clean up they came right out and took care if it. I am very happy with the service that was provided. I recommended them to a friend in Norman who used their service and was pleased. I really like the salesman he gave us several options and explained each one. He also stopped by about a 1 year later to inspect the roof after a storm at no charge. I just have to call and someone will be by inspect the roof as needed. read more
