I had to leave this review after trying to work with Elliott roofing on the subpar experience. On…read morethe phone multiple times this week and last week with a sweetheart of Hannah and Amy. Unfortunately we LEARNED AN EXPENSIVE LE$$ON. Key points in this review *Appointment moved back a day because Elliott roofing had to move it. (24 hrs notice) *Crew late - appointment was for morning - showed up at 5 mins til 5pm. I called to confirm they were coming every hour after 12 noon. *Nails left in yard (My two toddlers in my backyard daily) *Shingles mismatched -Very noticable (see pictures) So at the end of the day did our roof get repaired.... Yes. Did it fix the leak...still to be determined as it hasn't rained. If it needs repaired again I will update this review. Sadly we used Elliott roofing after I trusted the words that the guy who inspected it (Hollis) and sold me on his company. I was sure we would get great service and a great job done. He explained that the shingles would be very close to where we wouldn't notice a difference in the shingles. However when the crew showed up and they argued about the shingles being the wrong color.... I don't speak great Spanish but I did catch that. -1 Star The nervous me started calling on the hour after noon struck and I hadn't heard or seen anything of a crew being late or even coming at all. Poor communication in my perspective. -1 Star Anyone reading this have small children? Imagine them going to play in the backyard only to discover a plethora of nails the crew left behind scattered around the patio/grass. Makes you feel good and safe huh? -1 Star So I call and talk to a very understanding Amy (not sure of spelling my apologies) she says the invoice that went out might be able to be adjusted after I had called her shortly after the crew left. She was to get back with me the next day.... That took a few days for her to get me the unfortunate news that the invoice is what it is. Yeppers you read THAT correct. Nothing can be done about my experience. Hopefully now that you have read my review you can make a decision to go with a different company as I should have and will continue to do business with after my expensive LE$$ON. If you have any questions - please don't hesitate to reach out! I would hate to have THIS happen to anyone else! I did not realize my family was on the deserving end of this type of treatment... Respectfully, Bryan Yukon, Oklahoma

The guys that did our siding also cleaned up their stuff and shingles that had blown into my yard. They left it better than they found it! I highly recommend this company!!

Midtown Roofing and Project manager Ryan make a stellar combination. I felt totally at ease with…read moreRyan when he came to do the inspection. He was professional, easy to talk to and spoke in "peoplish" rather than "rooflish"".. His explanations were easy to follow and I understood all he told me. He said he would guide me through making a claim(if I wanted to) and said he would be available to me whenever or if I needed his help. When i decided to file the claim Ryan was willing to meet with the adjuster on a reasonably short notice. He was helpful with selection of the roofing material, colors and making sure the existing brickwork would match with whatever chose. He always returned my calls, showed up when he said he would and all through the entire Project Ryan was hands-on and was able to give me updates and explanations to whatever issues I needed straightened out. Overall I am very satisfied with the finished product and his follow through at the end of the project was also exceptional. all at a considerably reasonable cost . I definitely would not hesitate to recommend Midtown Roofing and all the Ryans that represent this company

June 23 & 24, 2025: Big Sky Roofing, Mr. Greg Dykstra and…read moreMr. Ken Fuller, took great care replacing my roof and rain gutters. I appreciate how Mr. Ken Fuller treated me with respect, dignity and professionalism. Mr. Ken Fuller made sure I got my HOA's approval on all products to be installed prior to beginning work. Something I would have probably overlooked because I had active leaks inside my home. Mr. Ken Fuller also worked well with my Insurance Agent and Insurance Adjuster. They showed up when they said they would, installed everything in 2 days, and cleaned up the debris very well. While tearing off the roof my fence gate was destroyed. Mr. Greg Dykstra said he would have the damaged gate replaced quickly and was very apologetic. I hope I never need another roof replacement (wishful thinking in the state Of Oklahoma) but if I do, Big Sky Roofing would be my first call. UPDATE: Well, it took almost 6 months for Big Sky Roofing to fix the broken gate, but they kept their word. It took so long due to weather and unforeseen illnesses. I know 6 months is a long time to wait but I'm so proud that I did not misjudge their comment to doing the great work and keeping their word to a client. However, my roof looks beautiful, and they did do quality work in ALL aspects. I'd still use them again. I'm not a very trusting person, so believe me when I say, trust this company!

I called Rain Guard and they had a person out the next day to inspect my home and give me an estimate. When I called to have the guttering installed, they were able to fit me in within a week of my call. They arrived after I left for work and were completed with the job before I got home. And, I have not found any debris that would indicate they were there. They did a great job cleaning up, the only way you would know I had guttering done was if you saw the battered gutters from the hail prior to seeing the pristine installed guttering. I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend others do as well.
