I was scared they may be backed up but they were at my house the next day ready to inspect! They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. After finding out it was totaled they worked with my insurance company to ensure everything would run smooth and would be replaced promptly. It was such a relief to not have to mess with that. They replaced the roof shortly after and did an incredible job! They didn't leave a mess or nails laying around like I see a lot of roofers did in our neighborhood. We just went through one of the worst snow-storms in decades, and my new roof appears leak-free. They also did some nice things I did not expect, such as painting all my vent-pipes to match the roof, along with straightening a crooked vent-cover that had been knocked out of place by a huge windstorm. I gave them 1 star because you can't leave zero…read more Grand Roofing roofed the house we own just before we bought it 2.5 years ago. Since we moved in, we have had 3 roof leaks. They patched the first leak and agreed to pay $500 toward the remediation, although they never paid. The second leak was about 4 months ago. They repaired the roof, although they did not pay for any of the interior repairs. Now, we have had a 3rd leak, in the same area as the second. Again, they patched the roof, but they refuse to pay for any of the remediation or repairs. If the roof was repaired properly after the second leak, it should have lasted more than 4 months. They state on their website that they have an Arkansas contractor's license. I found out that the license expired a couple of years ago. They say their work is warrantied, but regardless of your claim, they will say the damage is weather related so they are not responsible. They have stopped responding to my correspondence. I'm hoping this review will prevent others from getting sucked into this web.
