He came an powerwashed everything, sanded down any rough spots, and then applied a tinted sealer and the deck looks brand new! It only took him a few hours, and he even came back early the next morning to put the patio tables where they belong so our customers had a place to sit and enjoy their pastries. The keyed-lock flip handle is so much easier to operate than the lock on our previous patio door. We had to replace the rollers on our previous other-brand door several times over 30 years. Having the Thermal Windows Inc lifetime limited warranty which will cover the rollers being replaced, if necessary, is a real comfort as husband is no longer able to make those kinds of repairs. It took nearly 3 months to get the custom-made door built and installed. The door screen was delivered ripped and a tiny part, the Charlie saddle was broken which took another month to replace. It has now been over a month since installation was final and the door operates very smoothly and all components appear top quality. We are happy with door and service. Long term satisfaction is what is important to us.
