We rented a ditch machine from Lagrange Hardware. The staff showed us how to run the machine, and load it and unload it on the trailer. The price was great! Much much lower than I expected! Our project was delayed almost 3 months because of the poor quality of cabinets. They delivered us damaged cabinets that took 3 weeks to be remade and shipped back. Sent him email after email of the pictures of our broken cabinets. No reaponse until he realized that this would continue to manifest above the circus they already pit us through. We wanted a refund for the additional out of pocket expenses they caused us. Tom would not respond until I had to go to the post office and send a certified letter and file a complaint with the BBB.
