The representative called me back and said took 30 min for them to diagnose which should have been $60 and now they want to charge $120 if I don't have them fix it. Parts were $18 and estimated to charge almost $350 to fix it which will take another 30 min from what she said. After telling them I just wanted to buy the parts and pick it up, they now wanted to charge me a full 1 hour vs 1/2 hour diagnostics. I would not take it back there again, especially for being so unfriendly. When I called back the service guy was very rude and hung up the phone. Unless you buy something from them or , they don't seem very friendly.

Beyond me at that point. After a few weeks I was told it needed a battery. That didn't sound right but hey, they're the experts right? They told me it was ready and when I went to pick it up, it wouldn't start. They jumped it, but it wouldn't go into gear. So none of the problems were fixed. They took it back and a few weeks later called and said it was ready. When I went to pick it up, it wouldn't start. They jumped it, but it wouldn't go into gear. Third time's the charm, right? They took it back, weeks later I was called and told it was ready. Picked it up and it was finally working correctly. But I had lost my faith in their mechanics to diagnosis the problem. This time around, I took my pressure washer in because it wouldn't hold pressure. Couple weeks later they called and said it needed a new pump and the estimate was more than the cost of a new pressure washer. Just so happens that the pump was installed in the fall and only had 2 hours on it. So my belief is the mechanic misdiagnosed the machine again, and that they are trying to gouge me for money. I picked up the machine without getting it repaired and will not return. My father in law and I have been bringing small engines to them for 15 years. I don't know what's happened, but I no longer trust them to work on my machines.

We were pleasantly surprised with the large space and inventory. I would agree that somethings may have been overpriced while others seemed like a bargain. However, when we went to the register, the cashier let us know that all the items were actually way less expensive than we thought. To go even further, they did a buy one get one free on a brand new in the box dining room ceiling light which we couldn't pass up. I will be returning!

Habitat Restore is such a great place in general and I was really happy with this location. Let's start with the parking lot. Although it is a bit tight, the traffic all goes in one direction which is super helpful and the entrance to the building is stairs but there's also a ramp going in, which makes this place handicap accessible and easy to bring home rolling or heavy things from the store. Upon entering the store, I noticed that there are huge signs hanging from the ceiling telling you where things are located which made navigating through the warehouse easy peasy. I was on a mission and immediately found what I was looking for. I talked with a staff member who was friendly and was delighted as two customers who happened to be leaving at the same time as I was, helped me bring my stuff to the car. Bonus! I will be visiting here regularly until I find a dresser for my husband and a lounge chair that I love for our spacious living room. Great place.
