He is quick…read morebut the fillings will be too big and under filled where brushing after every meal will not be enough to prevent cavities around the filling. The best he will offer is to redo the fillings and "will probably lead to root canal and crown." I had four fillings done by Nishit and all four failed the following month. I told him when he finished the fillings that when he used the floss it cut the floss. He said it was nothing to worry about and that he would make any touch ups for free when I come in a month later for cleaning. I said ok and brought it up again first thing when I came back for my cleaning a month later. The AI scan of my teeth confirmed the new fillings had all failed. I'm afraid to go back Richardson family dentistry as my teeth or so damaged I'm afraid to smile or take pictures anymore. My insurance was maxed out so I have to wait a full year to find a new dentist that can help me fix the mistakes. If you need any dental work beyond a cleaning. Please beware. I really hope no one has to be put through what I have been put through. The staff is nice and very polite including Nishit. He is just inexperienced with fillings.

They were able to go ahead and fill them today instead of me having to make another appointment. It started out to be an ordeal - after the first shot of Novocain she kind of freaked. However, the dr and staff were very patient, got her calmed down and gave her "strawberry air" to breath so we could get through it. They were wonderful with her! I have filed a complaint against the Dentist and the practice with Medical Insurance , the credit card company and Better Business Bureau about this incident . He tried to correct it but his office Manager seems to have more power over him . She issued a refund and promptly reversed it as it was a pending credit. I am now going through a lot of issues with credit card card company and faxing all the documents to them has costs over $10.00 . It has been pink put on hold but they have lost the trust factor. Hopefully I will prevail. But none should hand over details of a credit card over the phone because it can be fraudulently used and in this this case it has . The Dr the so called "friend" seems to be unaffected but I have told him I will filing fraud charges against him . Anyone going to this place of business beware of fraudulent charge and procedures done that were not allowed by the Insurance company so they can gouge with unnecessary charges and do not give out your credit card except in person.
