That said, our server, the margarita, Nightjar Old Fashioned, barbacoa quesadillas, and tempura were all excellent. What surprised me most, was walking into both the tasting room / restaurant entrance and seeing it filled with boxes and inventory. I've never seen that at a CH property before. It made for a poor first impression here, and really took away from the overall experience. It left me wondering why management hasn't found a better way to handle inventory before service or keep it out of guest-facing spaces.
