Like most people in the area, I recently moved here and needed to find a dentist. After driving by the building everyday and checking reviews, I figured this would be a decent place to schedule an appointment. The receptionist was very kind and helpful in scheduling. The office was very nice on the inside and my appointment was right on schedule. Dr. Le explained that they typically see one patients at a time and that she performs all of the work herself, which was nice. I hadn't been to the dentist in years and was expecting a very long lecture. But instead, she let me know everything looked pretty good. She noted a few spots needed to be watched, but I appreciate her not over-treating if I don't need it. She's also the first dentist not to insult my crooked teeth and urge me to get braces. Located off of Highway 121 and the North Dallas tollway, Dr. Le's office is perfect for anyone working or liviing in the area. I have been seeing Dr. Le since 2006. I am a super busy person with little or no time to miss work. Yet, Dr. Le is close to my office, fast, an friendly. Dr. Le is professional and performs high-quality work. I have had teeth cleanings, fillings, and one crown over the past few years. I finally topped off my perfect smile with Zoom. I owe my PERFECT smile to Dr. Le. and her staff. The staff is friendly, conversational, and I feel important going to Dr. Le's Office. Many of my friends and co-workers have begun seeing Dr. Le for the same reason. Go visit Dr. Le. First, I want to say that at the end of filling out paperwork, there was a sheet that said in big letters "Review us on Yelp and receive 10% off your next visit!" On the one hand, I had to tip my hat to her in that she's paying attention to online reviews. Plus, it's not like she's saying "and give me five stars or else." But I did feel a little off about this because if you're going to a service person and have to claim your ten percent off, you're probably not going to want to score them less than five stars. Or maybe four stars. It was a little bit different for me. I am a cash patient with a dental discount plan. She wasn't familiar with mine and told me to bring it in and she could probably match the prices. The prices ended up being around $14 cheaper than her cheapest cash price and so she said if I wanted to cancel it was okay. I figured I needed a teeth cleaning/exam/xrays so did it for $99. One plus: The place is new, easy to find as a building, but took me a couple of minutes to find the right door upstairs. There's a lot of "new" stuff to it, and it looks like thought went into making it look upscale with the furniture and the paint job, how the walls were laid out as well as the fishtank. However, after filling in my paperwork which took me maybe five minutes, I had to wait twenty minutes despite scheduling my appointment right after (and I mean right after) their lunch break. I could have swore no other patient was there, and I was surprised to find that there was one guy way back that she was working on. So I felt kind of lame that I had to wait a good chunk of time after my appointment time. I also got a chance to listen to the young man's telephone manner who was manning the desk. He wasn't rude by any means. He was quite friendly. It just made me laugh a little bit to hear some of his informal handling of people who were clearly patients or calling for information. Anyway, so I still think I'm the only patient in the office still at this point, and I get taken back to the xray machine which is pretty nifty because you stand and it spins around you. Then I went to sit in my chair and I could hear the doctor with the other patient finishing up so that took maybe another five minutes. Not that big of a deal, but at this point I think I'm like 40 minutes past my appointment start time and have only done like 10 minutes of actual stuff that needed to be done. She comes in, and I ask her to check my pockets at some point during my appointment. Now, I've always had my pockets checked after a cleaning, and another dentist told me that they check for pockets after cleaning as well so as not to shove plaque down into the gums. However I haven't been to a dentist in awhile so maybe I'm misremembering. Due to remembering it this way though, I was slightly put off by her checking my pockets before cleaning. She was considerate to pause several times, but I was surprised that she didn't even stop to rub some topical on my gums since we both knew it was going to hurt. Anyway, I got my pocket readings, and she went on to clean. She used that type of non-waxed floss that gets stuck between your teeth. Now, my previous dentist in CA uses waxed floss so I don't think it's some choice that was done because she thinks wax is bad for teeth. She actually had a hard time flossing my teeth and asked if I floss my teeth (which I do almost every day with little flosser sticks and never have a problem.) She said that I had really tight contacts, but I replied that I had no problem with waxed floss. Why does she have a really nice office and then not even spring for waxed floss? Anyway, so she cleans, and I could have swore she left out a step, but hell, my teeth were a lot cleaner than when I went in, so I just chalked it up to "whatever." She then tried to look at the xrays but unfortunately, the machine had been really wonky, so I have to take them again. I should have just said no because it was another 15-20 minutes of stuff I didn't need since I already knew I was going to be going to another dentist. She was certainly apologetic but I just got that feeling like all the kinks hadn't been ironed out with this office and having new technology wasn't working out in their favor. I don't know. Maybe it was this day. I did find it interesting that having listened to her finish with the other guy, she offered him a fluoride rinse after the cleaning, and didn't offer me one. Now, I wouldn't have taken it because I'm anti-fluoride in *most* cases since I think we overuse it, BUT she didn't know that. So I didn't know if she didn't do this because I was a cash patient, or she thought I was never going to come back (if so, way to garner return clientele), or something else. I can't complain over the $100 because I needed the cleaning/exam/xrays, I wasn't impressed enough to feel like I'd ever want to go back, or even let my boyfriend (who needs like 5K of work) go. read more

Our entire family cannot gush enough over Dr. Le. I required a lot of work when i first came to Dr. Le, and she took care of me very calmly and confidently, making lots of work and extractions a simple, painless matter. If you are a nervous patient, you will feel perfectly comforted and cared for by Dr. Le and her staff. I also have to mention our 89-year-old mother who had a full set of dentures made. Again Dr. Le made her feel very comfortable with the process. Our mother was extremely happy with the outcome, feeling that the dentist really cared about the . outcome and fit. We all love this Dr. Le and would not consider going anywhere else. read more

Waterstone Dental is super cool! This location for dentistry is onlingside the 121 highway. You can see the words "Waterstone Dental" pretty clearly. Located above The Pancake House and Loft 610, Waterstone Dental is located on the second floor and when you enter its not at all your typical boring dentist office. It's coloring, has a fountain and a fish tank. Once you're taken into the chairs, you are looking at an awesome view of the highway and you can see IKEA across the street. For a normal teeth clean, Dr. Le is super friendly and she tells you what you need to do to keep up with maintenance. She let's you watch movies while you get your teeth clean and you even get options! Overall, the dentist office at Waterstone Dental is good place for a perfect smile. read more

Dr. Le is a great dentist. She is totally on top of her game. The dental office has state of the art equipment, etc etc. But wait let me tell you about her dental chair. I swear it's made of kidd leather. It is so soft and so relaxing to sit there and get your teeth clean while watching videos on your own screen. You'd think she would charge an arm and leg but she accepts most insurance and medicaid. She even has some great discounts on teeth whitening. I'm thinking about trying it out soon. Our whole family switched over and even my sister in law drives from Garland to visit her. I love how relaxing her office is and how upfront she is with her procedures. I'm only giving her four stars because she really cleans! I think it's pretty rough at times but she does ask when she sees me flinch. After a long vacation from a dentist due to relocation and life, I decided it was time to find a new dentist. Luckily, I found "the wonderful" Dr. Le and her "trusted sidekick​" Melissa (not sure that's her official title). I work in the Legacy West area and was looking for an office that was close. The benefit of the great location was less significant than how pleased I was with the overall experience. I wish all of my past dentists were as good as Waterstone. Dr. Le doesn't outsource any part of the dental experience. She does everything from the cleaning to the fixing and her experience, skill, and care make all the difference. I would refer her to anyone. She doesn't try to over-sell or upsell you on dental procedures. Fairly new to Plano, I decided to try Dr. Le at Waterstone Dental. The reception area is soothing, a plus for anyone who gets jittery about waiting for a procedure. The chairs face floor-to-ceiling windows looking out into the highway and the Ikea opposite, a really nice touch. Went to see Dr Le after a friend recommended her. I have had a horrible experience with a previous dentist but that was swept out the window with her kindness ans patience. I had to have all my teeth, what I had left of them, pulled and dentures made. She made thw whole experience easy and pleasant. Dr Le is wonderful. She really takes dental art to a different level. She is very gentle and kind. Most other dentists rush and inject the lidocaine too quickly. It never hurts when Dr Le does her nerve blocks. She takes her time to make sure the fillings are perfect. I can't tell where my tooth ends and the filling begins. I had a previous bad experience with another dentist that just wanted my money. He was terrible! Dr Le cares about her patients and the practice of good dental care. Highly recommended!!!! read more

Dr. Le is definitely my dentist of choice! I've been going to her since she opened her office about 7-8 years ago! She's practically family! Growing up we didn't go to the dentist much so she has had to do numerous procedures to get my teeth nice and healthy. She has done fillings, root canals, crowns, and whitening. Her attention to detail is what I love most about Dr. Le. Her and her staff are always super friendly and always make you feel right at home.
