And while they could charge a premium for the quality and dependability they provide, their rates for cleaning and maintenance are less expensive than most of the larger companies with undertrained employees and management that sees each customer as a paycheck instead of a person. CK Pools damaged my pool heater equipment by improper balancing…read moreand causing corrosion inside and then acknowledged fault, and then completely failed to make it right. Despite already accepting responsibility, they refused to refund or properly replace the heater they damaged. After weeks of back-and-forth, delays, and excuses, they finally offered to replace it -- but with a cheaper, off-brand heater, not the brand and quality of the original equipment they broke. To make matters worse, their chemical mismanagement caused extremely high alkalinity, which resulted in guests' hair turning green -- a clear sign of improper water balance and potentially damaging to skin and hair. This is especially alarming for anyone who hosts guests or values safety. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and urgency throughout this process has been exhausting and IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. This happend in August! If you value your equipment, your guests, or your peace of mind: RUN. I would never trust CK Pools again and strongly caution anyone considering their services.

On Monday 5/6/24, I sent messages to see if Nick can come by and take a look or at least recommend a sealant. He responded that same day for pictures which I sent. After that I didn't hear from him. I even called him Thursday of last week and no answer. I waited a week before posting to be fair. Just incase there was an emergency that came up and the reason why I did not get a response. It is unprofessional to not receive a response when a customer is trying to get a hold of a business. I could have at least gotten that.
