On Monday 5/6/24, I sent messages to see if Nick can come by and take a look or at least recommend a sealant. He responded that same day for pictures which I sent. After that I didn't hear from him. I even called him Thursday of last week and no answer. I waited a week before posting to be fair. Just incase there was an emergency that came up and the reason why I did not get a response. It is unprofessional to not receive a response when a customer is trying to get a hold of a business. I could have at least gotten that. This is FYI if you are thinking about looking to use them for pool services.

Giving me excuses, and never got rid of the algae. the pool kid would clean it and it would be there the next day. The owner said he elk when he sends the pictures we don't see algae, idiot he sends the picture to you after he cleans. but no chemicals to get rid of it. they charge 55 a week, do your research I found a cheaper one and look at the last picture. Pool is back to normal working two days. The day new company came there was zero chemicals in my pool. Keep in mind I have a salt water pool, they tried blaming me. This is why I pay to have healthy water.
