It's a nice little oasis in a parking lot, with nice shaded tables and cafe lights at night, she even has karaoke on Tuesday nights. . The ice is shaved fine unlike some places that speed up the process resulting in a larger gauge of ice like a snow cone. Nancy is taking the time to serve a very fine ice resulting in a superior product. She has improved the quality of the syrups and and certainly the quantity. Nancy delivers the Percy amount of syrup that's good until the last bite. Head on over to Arctic Snow for a refreshing shave ice and some good conversation with Nancy. She's working hard to make her business a successful one.

The last two seasons Annie's had stumbled as the old owner lost interest and quality suffered. The new owner is a joy to visit each time; I'm there about every other day. The new owner is consistently maintaining a fine shaved ice, and has improved the quality and quantity of the syrups. They are the best around now. I'd like to see a few additions like fresh fruit.
