I compared services when shopping for my event and was pleased with the customer service and the value that Emergency Ice delivers. As their name implies, they got you covered if you have an emergency or an event, but if you own a retail store and sell ice, they can supply you with that as well. That is not the service I used them for, so I cannot speak to much as to how that works, I just know it is a service they are able to provide you if you need it. Anyway, we all host events from time to time, next time you do, I encourage you to keep these guys in mind as their delivery makes it a lot easier than making a bunch of trips and lugging ice around yourself for the event.

It's a bit over $9 for both pints. I'm not sure how it happened. But by the time I got home. The icecream was close to soup. I had the truck A/C cranked up....and only live a couple miles away. Service was ok...no chit chat or anything. The first window (where I paid) I was told to have a nice day. But at the 2nd window i was handed a bag and the window abruptly closed. I hope they weren't having a hard day. The drive-thru was clean. The left lane (there are 2 lanes in the drive-thru) was closed.

Service meets fast-food expectations. Chick-Fil-A kinda owns the top spot in this category because of their training and service process. Here's, what I enjoyed about this Mexican Ice Cream shop. It's very easy to get to, it's located right next to a Taco Bell. The Cashier was the nicest Mexican girl out there. She said, they have been in business for 7 to 8 months and the owner has another location in Irving. There were two other Hispanic ladies working in the Ice Cream Shop. You can sample a lot of Ice creams before you choose the one that you want. I chose a simple Mexican Vanilla Ice Cream. It was so good, it was just the taste I was looking for, it was extra sweet. She said, they use a different kind of Vanilla that makes it taste that way. They have lots of flavors to choose from. I think she said there were like 24 flavors.
