Advertising 14 ounce drinks yet the cups have a max volume of 12 ounces.
Andi M.

There are two reasons that I do not like this business. (1) They advertise a 14 ounce beer which is served in a 12 ounce cup. You don't need to be a physicist to know that this is impossible. They are completely screwing people over. (2) Horrible customer service. When we went yesterday, the Asian girl wearing glasses asked my husband if he was standing in line when it was our turn. When he responded that of course we were, she then proceeded to ask the people behind us if we had been standing in line. When they acknowledged that we were and we proceeded to tell the girl off, she just shrugged her shoulders and said people have been cutting. It was crazy because there was no reason for her to even think we had since we'd been standing in line for over 10 minutes. Also, during the time we waited in line we didn't see anyone cut in.

Rotating Fieldwork from the heavens.

The 1 star off is because it's expensive and not always the greatest pour. But, they have fieldwork, so for that they still score high on my book.

CBD kombucha and fieldwork IPA
Nicole T.

The menu has plenty of beer, sangria, rose, kombucha and many non alcoholic drinks to choose. The service is super quick and the staff is friendly (and all wearing masks). Definitely a good stop to enjoy a drink after or before mini golfing (stagecoach greens next door) or the food trucks in the area!

Best part about here is not just the…read morebeer selection but also you can order pizza from them or you are allowed to bring outside food. That is ultimately what I did. I went to a spot nearby and grab some food before heading my way up. You can gain access to this rooftop/State Park using the escalators that are within the sales tower building. The spot itself had a nice variety of beers to choose from. I ultimately went with their flight. That's five 5 oz pours for $25. Pretty much all that are available on the list can be selected minus the wine. I really enjoyed the jalapeño one I got.

Though the schedule seems a bit ad hoc since I've heard "the pizza guy got here late" (when I arrived at noon) and "the pizza guy might be going on break" (when I arrived at 2pm.) I think the beer people should be cross-trained on pizza, to avoid these situations. Cheese Pizza: A classic and a great benchmark pizza to establish their base quality. Love how the edges have crispy cheese, down the side and up above the pizza. The rest of the pizza is no slouch with lots of gooey cheese on top. Plus the generous sauce trenches on top give it some nice moisture. Buffalo Chicken Pizza: Not terribly traditional, but amazing flavors. Chicken chunks, lots of hot sauce, some cooling bleu cheese (on top of the regular cheese). Red onions and scallions for a zing. A great collab between Detroit and Buffalo. Bacon Me Crazy Pizza: The bacon drew me in, but the big mounds of ricotta won me over. Definitely the richest and more filling pizza I had here. A tad messy though, since the mound of cheese gets all over your lips and gives you a cheesy mustache.

I'm so glad we did, it instantly lived up to the curiosity. The vibe here is exactly what you want from a brewery. It's unique, cool, and laid-back, with plenty of character and a strong sense of community. It feels welcoming whether you're popping in for one drink or planning to hang out for a while. The beer selection is great, with a nice variety of styles to choose from. Everything we tried was well crafted and enjoyable, making it easy to find something that fits your taste whether you like lighter beers or something a bit bolder. The space itself really adds to the experience. There's a relaxed energy that makes it a great place to meet friends, take a break while exploring the neighborhood, or just enjoy a good beer in a comfortable setting. Great atmosphere, good beer, and an all-around enjoyable experience. We'll definitely be back and are glad we finally stopped in.

It's a great space to unwind with nice beers (and the beers are truly nice, haven't had one I didn't enjoy from this brewery yet) or to hop on your laptop for some work while sipping a brew. Dogs welcome, which is nice too. I made a friend.

On a recent visit to San Francisco, Barebottle Brewing was top of my list to visit thanks to many…read moreexcellent can selections we've gotten at the local bottle shop. Their beer is excellent, and I've heard nothing but great things about the place and people. We visited on a Sunday and met friends, who said it took a while to get a big table for us; it was surprisingly packed! It's a large industrial brewery, with the equipment chained off at the back. They make great use of the rest of the building with large tables, small tables, bar seating/standing room, plus an arcade area, outside seating area, and a few cozy living room style areas with stuffed furniture at the back. To the right on entry is the canned beer for takeout, to the left is their large bar and impressive tap list. We mostly get IPAs, so it was fun to try their other styles like rice lagers and a barleywine, everything was excellent. Their flights are huge, basically half size goblet pours in a six rack. Prices are reasonable for the well developed beer. They also had a food vendor outside, which we loved (see separate review). It's great to see a place equally rock great beer and a fun experience, I definitely look forward to returning sometime soon.
