The owner needs to keep calm in talking to new customer. It may be a regular voice but when you hear that makes you feel disappointed and may not other again. I went into this water place and not only have the prices gone up (which I can understand if the quality is good), but the service is still absolutely horrible. I waited in line almost 15 minutes just to fill ONE bottle. The lady working there, wearing a face mask, was constantly on her personal cellphone and, in general, talking so much that it took forever to service the customers who were actually waiting. When my bottle was finally filling, it was taking way longer than normal. When I asked why, she looked confused and said it was "so the minerals don't separate." I've never heard that excuse, and it was obvious the real reason was because she was more busy talking and getting distracted than actually doing her job. What makes this even more frustrating is that I'm driving all the way from Santa Clarita. The last few times I've come, either I get sent back because there's no water, or I have to deal with this same unprofessional service. I'm now paying about $5 more per bottle for the same water, but the service does not match the price at all. When I asked about the price increase, especially since just a few weeks ago during the holidays there was no notice of any increase, all she said was "I'm sorry" and then continued having a personal conversation in Spanish with a lady standing next to the register. No explanation, no professionalism. It just doesn't add up. After dealing with this repeatedly, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Not a fan of the most recent price hike. I completely understand a reasonable increase but the price is almost double now from one day to the next. From $0.65 to $1 a gallon for regular purified water. One gallon of regular purified is $1, their oxygenated water is $2 a gallon and their alkaline is now $3 a gallon. We have been going here for a little over a year now for our water and the service has been consistent and kind. A friend of our recommended this location for water since we were looking for another service after our water delivery service had gotten so expensive. They are efficient, knowledgeable and economical. My water preference is alkaline (ask them about how alkaline works btw!) But my preference re:taste is the oxygenated water. You can really taste the difference with their water and feel much more confident about your refills than pulling up to full up outside of the grocery store. No shade to those water refill stations at the store, but I have always questioned their sources. Highly recommend you try it here. read more

I stopped here due to my casual water place being closed already. This water spot is clean. The only complaint I can add is that it is a big overpriced. Paid about $3.50 more than any other place I've filled up. The line does get busy as they offer 3 types of water process. I ended up getting the normal one as the lady was unable to explain to me the process. Overall, I had a good experience, but docking them 1 star due to the price. read more

I was so excited to find this place and not have to refill my water bottles at one of the machines in front of the markets. I really like how they cleaned the water bottles before filling them. Unfortunately, for some reason, the water had a odd taste to it. I ended up dumping both the 5 gallon bottles that I had filled there out. I love this place and the workers are both friendly and helpful. We have been coming here for many years and are very happy with it. We usually get 1/2 and 1/2 (purified water and alkaline). It can get busy on the weekends and they limit it to 3 people inside the store but it's pretty empty during the week. They accept cash and card and they also sell ice cream for $2 each. I don't like to write bad reviews , I'm concerned that I think the amount of chlorine that this water has might be to much, I checked today and I noticed that the LEVEL OF CHLORINE IS 0.4 , AND PH IS LOW , BUT I guess that is ok , I think one glass of water is ok , but this is our every day water I don't know what chlorine can do to our bodies but I don't want to risk I know about chemistry I have my health department license to check pool chemicals That is how I found out after I referred my brother to this place and he felt immediately the chlorine,in the water and told me , and I been drinking this water since they open that , I did not feel a thing before. They provide the people of this community with water and water accessories. Just like Hank sells propane. :D Luckily they also sell ice cream bars and Popsicle. So there is usually one lady working in this shop. You go to the far end of the counter, put your bottles down (or ask to purchase) and scrub and rinse the inside and outside before they fill them. 1 gallon is $0.35 and 5 gallons is $1.75. They sell extra lids if yours are dirty and have sterilized ones for the bottles you purchased from them. When you're done and have too many bottles to humanly carry they have carts to help you out. Everyone is courteous the store is clean and their ice cream is only a $1 usually! read more

I come here for two reasons 1. The water is refreshingly good and 2. It's very close to my house and convenient. There is always one worker at a time and sometimes you have to wait because she is on her phone, or busy chatting to other customers and is too busy to even greet you at the door. The rude girl is the one that has blue eyeshadow I mean if looks can kill id be dead.
