Love this water place! It's very clean, has a lot of space and has great prices on water bottles of all sizes. They have Kangen water and RO. Friendly and helpful staff and a 24 hour vending machine out front in case you stop by after hours. They also sell some cell phone accessories and cards. The best thing besides the fresh water are the 5 minute loading only parking spots out front. You don't have to lug those heavy 5 gallon bottles far! Win-Win! read more

It's taken me a little bit to write this review because I don't like to rant but I am truly upset with UPS and Water So Good (located at 19762 Sherman Way, Winnetka, CA). So, I'm writing to share with everyone to make you aware. On Thursday, 7/14/22, I was supposed to get my new iPad from Apple delivered by UPS to my apartment but the front gate was locked so the driver took it to Water So Good, a UPS pick up access point. I requested an update from UPS to notify me when the package was delivered there around 11:00 am and waited all day long...no update was ever received. Finally, on Friday morning, 7/15/22, at 10:03 am I finally received notification from UPS that my package was available for pick up, but I was at my 9:30 am eye appointment in Burbank (roughly 15 miles away) so I couldn't go to Water So Good until my exam was finished. I arrived around 11:30 am to pick up my package and was told by the lady working at the store that my package had been picked up already by 'me.' Yes, that's right, she told me that a lady came 15 minutes before I got there and showed her a valid ID with my name, and they had the tracking information and a picture of the "Sorry we missed you" slip that the UPS driver left for me that I had in my hand. She then told me that there was nothing that she could do because the person had a valid ID, and the package was no longer there. So, I told her that it was not me and she kept telling me that there was nothing that she could do and called her boss, the owner, to tell him that he needed to come to the store because there was a UPS issue. I proceeded to call UPS and the UPS representative that I spoke to told me that the package could not be picked up without a valid government ID but someone from the same household with the same address could pick the package up for me. WTF? (Sorry, I'm really upset) So I called my son just to ask and the package was not delivered at home today nor had he picked it up for me before I arrived. Again, the lady at the store told me that it was a woman who picked up my package...a $800 iPad that I ordered off the Apple website 2 weeks ago...it was a special order...but I wanted to make sure. Now I'm livid and I called Apple to find out what can be done since they shipped my order to me using UPS and the UPS representative told me that I needed to contact them and get a police report Apple. The Apple representative was wonderful and was floored that my package was stolen by someone pretending to be me but not surprised. In fact, she submitted a request for a shipping investigation because of how weird and unlikely it was that someone would take the time to create a fake driver's license just for my iPad and use it at Water So Good, pretending to be me. I agreed because no attempts had been made on my bank accounts that can't be accessed without my authorization via codes that are sent to my cell phone or a phone call, all of my credit reports are locked and can't be unlocked without my approval through codes sent to my cell phone or a phone call but they want me to believe that my package was picked up by someone that looked like me, knew my name, cell phone number, address, and had the UPS tracking number and a picture of the UPS pick up slip that I had in my hand. Am I missing something because this is not making any sense to me? The topper was when the owner got there. He immediately came at me aggressively, telling me that I shouldn't let other people use my driver's license (that I had on me and showed the lady), that there was nothing that he could do, and it was not their fault that someone else picked up my package. He took the UPS pick up slip to his van and either made a call or tried to locate the package on his phone while sitting in his van (not in front of me). When he came back into the store, he told me that I needed to leave and go to the police station to file a report because there was nothing that he could do, and the package was gone. The good thing is that the Apple representative heard everything that he rudely said to me and was flabbergasted that he was speaking to me the way that he was and at the things that he said to me. She took notes on everything for the shipping investigation. I called the LAPD and ended up having two police officers come to the store location because I had a homeless guy hitting and kicking my SUV while I was waiting on the phone to request a police report for the theft. They were very helpful and took the time out of their busy day to explain what I needed to do to file a police report on the LAPD website online for the theft. I apologize for the length of this post, but this business is local, and I want to make everyone aware of what happened to me because it could happen to you. I am simply at a total loss at what on Earth is going on in our world today and what happened to quality customer service!!!! read more

Deserves no stars. Doesn't need to be an access point location for ups. Woman wouldn't even check for my package even though I was told it was there. Man was very aggressive rude and disrespectful called me and my family Niggers and tried to fight us because they didn't like the fact that we told them if they could check for the package. When the packages were in front of us also tried to lie and say they didn't have any packages when they were in my view. If u get this as an access point re route it even if u have to pay it is worth it. You do not wanna deal with this place or there people. It's not even sanitary trash packages water gloves and etc everywhere no wonder why they "couldn't" check for my package. read more

This guy has some of the best water filtration in the Valley. The water always has a clean and fresh taste. There is a 24 hour window to. You just put your bottle in the hole in the wall and deposit your money to get the water at the self vend port. The owner is friendly too. He even helps people get bottles in and out of their cars. I have been coming here for years. Everyone is always friendly, and professional. The other day, I dropped in to pick up some kangen water for my daughter who has recently been diagnosed with lymphoma. The act of kindness and compassion I was shown and the conversation I had was nothing less than one of those moments you just do not ever forget. This is not just a corner store, like so many. It has real people, with real hearts, yes, trying to run a successful business, but also sincerely and more importantly, trying to make the world a better a place any way they can. I'm very particular about my water, I only drink alkaline with at least a ph of 8. Found this place on yelp so I stopped in. I asked the gentleman working what the ph of the alkaline water is and he tells me it's at 9. I purchase a gallon just to try out. I check the ph with a meter when i get home and it read 6.8 ph. This place is really good, or pretty bad, depending on who you get to help. Younger helper is awesome, very helpful. Older guy (50's) is an ass, demeaning. So be aware before you walk in, in case you expect some help. If you are the older guy, just turn around and go elsewhere or you might come out extremely frustrated. read more

EXTREMLY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE when picking up a UPS package!!! I came in the morning to pick up my package from Amazon that wasn't able to get delivered at my property due to the delivery guy not knowing my gate's code. Upon arrival I walked in and it took the man at the front desk (Grumpy hobbit in his 60's) a few seconds to ask what I needed. I showed him my UPS "Sorry we missed you" note. I understand there is a protocol in order to check that I am the person to who the package is for but when I say this man literally yelled at me about showing him my phone to track the package... I'm not bluffing, apparently showing him my I.D. wasn't enough. He was very RUDE and mean. He also harassed me by calling me "sweetheart". We're in 2019 and this uneducated man knows NOTHING about respect. I had no business going to purchase water or anything of that matter but just to pick up my package. I usually don't let people like him ruin my day but he did. I will now have to register a P.O. Box under my name just to avoid my mail getting sent there and going through that horrific experience again. First of all want to say about this business .. wheee do I start.... I went to this place to pick up my ups package because I missed my delivery yesterday from my residence. This place sells different goods , from water , to accessories etc. This business was suppose to open at 9:00am instead it opened about 940am. , This also is a UPS Access point (where ups drops of your package or u can pick it up . So as the business opened ,the owners walked in to open. ,we were talking to some guy and got a little background information , the guy told us the owners are middle-eastern.. So my wife was like oo here we go . So they said Good Morning to Me , we said it back , then I showed him my ups slip .. he said go to google put in your tracking number for the item, I said I have the slip here to verify , then the wife told me same thing ... (Me getting annoyed my wife told me to relax see what they said.. (me I already know where this was going ) he kept saying go to google to get tracking number I said I have the ups app here Verifying it's here... he claims we go by google . I showed him on my phone, slip , that the package was here. So he gives me excuses about the package . Then he tells me what'll do of package is it!? Etc .... I tell him dude.... so I told him he gets it , then tells me to see my is, I show him for verfication , then he scans it with a scanner , ... like Come on really !!!! I'm writing this because we feel we were disrespected ,and abused by this .As you know I don't have to tell u the rest..I don't recommend this business in any way , because stuff like this is unacceptable , All he had to do was when I show him the slip , look at it scan it with his scanner , show is , receive my package and be on our way ...should not give the a 1 star !!! read more

Sadly I will not be returning here. The person at the register and working customer service has no idea how to treat people. It was my second time there and I needed to refill my bottles of water. I decided to come back here because my initial experience was great and at a very resonable price. Today when I needed a little help to fasten the lids on because my arthritis sometimes limits my finger movement I was told that doing it myself "was good arthritis practice". We've been getting our alkaline water here for about a year now. The owner is VERY kind and attentive. He always asks us how we are doing and what's new with us...it never fails and he genuinely wants to know. God is good he just moved next door to a bigger store. The water is delicious and my fiancé and I couldn't be more pleased. If we have any concerns the owner makes sure we are taken care of and we're pleased. While you wait he will definitely chat with you and give you great advise and words of wisdom. The owner always carries our water to our car for us. I had a broken part from an old water dispenser bought from somewhere else so I came to Water So Good to fill up some water (good prices) and asked if they had the same piece I could purchase.. the owner kindly explained how to install and just gave the part to me, for free! Normally you'd have to order the part from the manufacturer or search places for the same one but no, didn't have to go through the trouble of searching or paying.
