Every employee I've come across has been friendly and polite, especially Bryant! But The Water Plant is clean, working--and the water tastes good (yes, different water tastes different!) I prefer the reverse osmosis water that costs 60 cents a gallon. That's lower than supermarket machines because they don't charge a fee for using your credit or debit card. It's downright inexpensive compared to pre-bottled water. Water bottle delivery can cost almost 10 times as much--for the same kind of water! Parking is easy here, except at dinner or Sunday brunch hours. If you prefer to fill your own water bottles, this is a great place to do it!

I.e. today I entered with an empty can and before greeting me she said "the trashcan is at the end of the block" I asked if she had a trashcan bc it's empty and she said they don't take trash from outside, which I know is false bc I've used the trashcan behind the desk previously.

Also, a refill station. They sell from one gallon to up to five gallons of water. Clear bottles and filtered. Also, sell water coolers & honestly their water is VERY delicious! We always get our bottles filled from Water Plant. Healthy for you and the environment!! Not expensive and you get what you pay for. They have at least 5 or more different types of water: all types of Purified water, Alkaline, Ionized water, Distilled water and more... They will also deliver to your home/office, and to your car. The filters hadn't been changed since 2021, and the tank had completely lost pressure. I immediately changed the old filter, but the system was still not working well and the whole setup was just on its last legs. Richard and Greg came out and immediately offered to swap the tank just to see if it would salvage the old unit. When we realized the GE system wasn't worth sinking money into, we decided to upgrade and had Richard install one of his own systems. The installation was unbelievably fast, clean, and seamless. Beyond the quick service, not only are Richard and Greg incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also super nice and funny. We had a lot of laughs while learning more about drinking water and getting thoroughly educated on the new unit. We even opted to add an alkaline filter, and the difference is night and day. Now we have incredible, crisp-tasting water running straight to both our sink and our fridge, and we love it. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. I honestly expected the whole ordeal to cost a fortune, but it was completely reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we will definitely have them come back out for all of our future reverse osmosis needs. Highly, highly recommend!

The price is reasonable and they also offer Alkaline water. Other than water, they also sell water jugs in different sizes. They offer a parking spot right in front for easy access.
