We are regulars here: it's great to stop in, get our $10 ten gallons of alkaline water, listen to some classical music on the radio and call it a day. Owner is the sweetest man, always offers to help carry the water, and when I lost the cap to my jug he gave me one for free! It's cash only so come ready. He keeps a spot in front reserved for customers which is nice since this parking lot is a zoo. Come on by; support local businesses!

I paid my bill early every month for over 9 years. I set up auto payments on their website so I…read moredidn't have to remember to pay. When I canceled service on 10/13 they cut it off at 9 AM. Although I would have preferred it cut off in the afternoon since it was my move day and it surprised me that I couldn't put the AC on for the movers, I had no choice so that was fine, whatever. I saved $ not having to pay for more electricity. However, then they charged my account a late fee for the final bill even though I still had it set up in their system to pay my bills one day prior to their due date. I went on their website and deleted my bank account information right away. Then I contacted them via email and their employee (J.) told me he would refund my money in 6 weeks. He said I would get a check in the mail. I had a bad feeling that he was not going to follow through with it and I was right, unfortunately. The refund is $2.08. It is over 4 months later and I have contacted them half a dozen times since then. They have yet to refund my two dollars. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I cannot believe it is taking so long. At this point they really should provide a full refund with interest! Good news. There is a page of contact emails on their website that I found today. I had been emailing their general email but now I will email their top employees until I am given my money back that they stole!

Review is about the terrible customer service experience based on waiting time over and over and…read moreover unnecessarily because is multiple agencies or employees seating and as soon as someone gets to the line to be call , they unexpectedly got busy themselves and ignored fully the clients , this is so rude and unethical because is constantly every single time paying the bill, recommending to replace the whole personal for more efficient people who really needs the job or like to do it.

Studio Village Apartments - E-mails with management where they admit that the apartment is so unsafe that they use a PO box because packages get stolen every other day

I'm gonna be honestly with you guys about Studio Village. I was really hesitant about moving here…read morebecause of all the negative comments I read on yelp but it ended up being my only option so I moved in anyways. Honestly I really don't know why so many people complained about this place, like for what you're paying it's really not bad at all. I haven't had any issues really since I've been here, they've been really understanding and have definitely worked with me when needed. I wouldn't listen to all the bad comments about this place if you're thinking about moving here. It's quite nice in my opinion. I'm not sure if there's been a change within management or their staff but everyone I've met was friendly and helpful. Maintenance could be a little better but nothing that was terrible. So far so good with my experience here at Studio Village; hopefully nothing happens that will make me regret standing up for this place and breaking the streak of negative reviews that's been said. Hope that helps and makes you feel a little better if you were thinking about moving here:) Thanks, Will Johnson

TLDR: DO NOT LIVE HERE. RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE…read more I would give this apartment a negative review if I could. I'll let you decide what the worst part about the apartment is. Is it A) The fact that on-site management refuses to speak to anyone about any issues in the building. You cannot set up meetings or calls with anyone, and Paola and Chelsea who are the current managers literally will not come out of their offices and essentially hide from the tenants because they are incompetent. B) The constant theft of packages, which is so rampant that management themselves admits that even they do not feel safe in the apartment and have their packages delivered to Amazon lockers and PO boxes because someone in the building keeps stealing everyone's packages. I have had hundreds of dollars worth of stuff stolen and when I begged management to check for certain packages that got delivered in a window where I was away for a family emergency they still blamed me and were both rude and non-unsympathetic, even after three years of being a tenant there (this specific incident was my final straw/the reason I gave up my lease). C) The state of the building - the apartment is literally falling apart - at one point my entire bedroom door broke off the handle when I opened it. The door also broke off of the building's exit door during a fire alarm, so pretty much if you live here and there's an actual fire you will probably perish. D) All of the above! People have said it before, and I'll echo their sentiments. I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemy. Do not live here if you can avoid it. It's just not worth it. The management company Anza is also just as unresponsive.
