I purchased over $ 150.00 worth of spotlights and bulbs, and 4 of the bulbs (one was broken in the box) had the wrong lumens and didn't look good in my home. They were amber-looking when I told the clerk I wanted cool white. I tried to return the 4 bulbs the next day and was initially told that they don't accept returns. Unbelievable. Then I was reluctantly offered a store credit. The clerk's demeanor and arrogance were appalling. I was told that it's the owner's policy. I don't believe him. This policy is not posted anywhere, nor was I told that this was a final sale. We will never buy from this store again. There is nothing proprietary about these light bulbs, and they are readily available at a lesser price online, in Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, etc. I tried patronizing a local vendor in Thousand Oaks. They did nothing but leave a bad taste in my mouth. I guess that's what I get for trying to support local business. Never again for this store. Stay away.

They are quite available on a weekday afternoon, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover that LADWP was also in the same building. Without exaggeration, I was in and out within a few minutes! Note that they do require some documentation before they may start service, but that's all expected! The lady who helped me out was caring and even asked for information to check our qualifications for assistance programs.
