The pizza was totally awesome! The bread was light and airy. The toppings were fresh and full of flavor. It's been a long time since I tasted a pizza quite this good and we have a very good pizza place in town! We will be back-so glad to see we have a place like this in our small town.

Once you set inside though, you will find this quiet family run restaurant a special treat. My preference is for the Calzones and Pizzas. You can't go wrong with the Mediterranean Pizza but I changed things up last time and got a "make your own pizza" with Candian Ham, mushrooms and onions. Loved it. Hubby the special Fajita Calzone and we both loved it. They are only open 11-5 during the week and 1-5 on Saturdays but it's worth the trip.

It was my Birthday on the 18th and I called to order an XL pizza pick up. I wanted the TBG with added artichoke hearts, spinach and extra cheese. I was told it would be $8 extra per extra topping the pizza was already over $30 so that would make it almost $60 for one pizza? The last time I went there I spent around $76 plus tip and that was for 2 fettuccine Alfredo plates one with added broccoli two drinks jalapeno poppers and a 12" Pepperoni pizza to go for my kiddo. I'm very confused about this and am not sure I'll be back.

She was attentive, friendly and fast. The patio was clean and comfortable with enchanting lights. But the real star was the food. The pizza was the best we've had in the area (the crust was soooo good), the house made pasta is delicious, the chicken parm was perfection, and the choc mousse and cannoli are fantastic. 10/10 experience. Anyone who says otherwise did not experience what we did, is lying, or just plain miserable people. If you're on the fence just do it, make a reservation and go.

It doesn't look like a fine Italian restaurant. It's one of those repurposed gas stations, or car parts stores. The proof is in the pudding, as they say. They're mid-priced - reasonable for what you get. The staff is friendly, and they'll happily give you the extra plates you need in order to share dishes. Make sure you try the Tiramisu dessert.

First off, it looks like a high school cafeteria, without the charm, and the lighting. The upside is the waiter was friendly. Between us we had the gnocchi bake, dry, nearly inedible gnocchi. Just awful. And then lasagna, equally as awful. The included salad, iceberg lettuce, a piece or two of red onion & a few tiny shreds of carrot, drenched in some food service "Italian" dressing. More up side... the garlic bread was pretty good. Not trying to harm their business, maybe some love it there, not us.

The hostess was very polite and friendly as we tried to decided between restaurant or bar. Waitress was prompt at our table and took our order. Gave me samples of two beers I was trying to decided between restaurant. The salad and the bruschetta were great. The salad was loaded with lots of yummy things, the bruschetta had arugula and a honey balsamic sauce. The proportions were adequate. Prompt with the bill. The only downside I can think is the setting: large open room in a motel. Other than that, the meal was quite pleasant.

Steak was sirloin, unfortunately I got a piece with silver skin and a nerve. Which means I couldn't eat about 30% of the steak because I cannot chew through it. The crust on the prosciutto pizza was soft like a pillow and the tomato sauce was fresh and full of flavour. However, the pizza arrived cold at the table. Cavatelli Frutti di Mare had a rich flavour where you could taste the lobster oil that was used in a way that did not make the dish too fishy. One downside the pasta was undercooked. The cracklin chicken was the dish of envy tonight. The chicken was moist and flavourful with the skin having a snappy crust to it. Served with risotto. Marzano usually has excellent service, but this go round it was lack lustre. The restaurant was not super busy and plenty of staff were on but not very attentive. We waited over 15 minutes after we were seated before someone came to the table to greet us. Nonetheless the restaurant offers a great atmosphere that is cozy, clean and clearly well thought out in aesthetic design.
