It's been a long time since we have eaten here. We keep hearing how it has improved so we decided…read moreto try it again. While recovering from surgery, I was not up to cooking dinner. I was craving pizza. This was the best choice in town. Our waitress, Devyn, was a joy, very attentive, and was handling several tables with real pleasantry. We ordered two galls of a Barbera and Montepulciano. Both glass were pleasing and filled full. The only downside is the glasses are small so you can't swirl for the aroma or aerate the wine. The garlic bread has a nice crust and soft center. They will also you bring you a tray if olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip it in. It's a nice umami of savory, sweet, and salty. The side Caesar Salad comes with a very tasty and traditional dressing where you can taste the anchovies and dijon mustard. The Jersey Tomato Salad is loaded with tomatoes, artichoke hearts and Kalamata olives on a bed of crispy greens. The pizza was a big hit. A perfectly thin and crispy crust, light on the cheese, chunky tomatoes instead of a traditional marinara sauce, fresh rosemary and mushrooms, and sausage with fennel. So happy we dined here. Looking forward to another meal here soon.

Every time I asked her about something she acted like I was strange.... I asked for bread and got a blank look. Food was ok. Avoid the bruschetta though! It was super tart with greasy bread underneath. Entrees were decent.

About half of the people got pizza and half got pasta. The pizza dough sold itself. And the cool pizza oven near the kitchen is awesome! Pasta dishes were very fresh tasting and definitely authentic Italian food. Trisha( owner/chef) is very talented! I was the host so didn't have enough time to eat while dining in, but I got spaghetti to go. See the photo...meatballs were bigger than my fist Just trust me and go get food here. Then make room for dessert. GOOEY BROWNIE COOKED IN THE PIZZA OVEN TOPPED WITH ICE CREAM!?! WHATTTTTTT

3.5/5, I was so excited to eat here, but it didn't do it for us…read more Let me start by saying the service was excellent! I forget our servers name, but he was very kind and engaging. Ample seating with a few table options outdoors, themed interior that feels like you're getting the Italian experience. We only ordered one appetizer, one pizza, and one dessert since we had a late lunch. For our appetizer we had the jalapeño poppers which were tasty, but tiny. It made for about two bites of food each. We got the pepperoni and pineapple pizza... The crust was quite charcoally on the bottom and made for a bitter flavor while the rest of the dough didn't seem fully cooked. We've been trying to go to some pizza places around town that we haven't been to, so we've had some really amazing pizza -- comparatively this just didn't hit the spot. We ordered their dessert special, a banana tiramisu, which was probably the best thing we had. I hate to say it, but the food was really just a 3/5. And on the pricier side. I can see from previous reviews that people have had really great dining experiences here and you can tell it's an authentic, family centered restaurant, maybe we need to give it another try!

Marzano clearly puts intention behind what they do, drawing inspiration from traditional Neapolitan techniques and a focus on high-quality, simple ingredients, and that care shows up on the menu. From an accessibility standpoint, this was one of the easier Italian meals I've had while eating GF. Gluten-free options were clearly labeled, including modification notes, which made ordering straightforward. Nearly all pizzas and pastas could be made gluten free, aside from specialty pastas like the gnocchi and lasagna. They also had a gluten-free focaccia available as an appetizer, which had an excellent texture. The appetizers were a standout. We shared the gnocchi and burrata and both were delicious. Pizza got great feedback from the table overall, though a couple slices were slightly undercooked in the center and flopped when picked up. I ordered the sirloin, which was okay, though not my favorite part of the meal. Service was excellent. Our server was attentive and thoughtful, offering a soup sample to our 90-year-old guest who was unsure about the daily option, and kindly helped wrangle us for a group photo during a busy dinner hour, which I really appreciated. The interior is gorgeous--modern, warm, and very well maintained. Even though Marzano opened in 2018, it feels much newer. I debated between a 4 and 5 star review due to my entrée and the pizza texture, but the intention is clearly there, and the overall experience was strong. I'd absolutely come back and would love to try more of the menu next time.

Perfectly executed cocktails and a banger margerita pizza! Very loud and full of energy. Wish I…read morewould have been more hungry and tried some other dishes such as the rabbit. Just a touch too much cheese on the pizza, but they were trying to feature fiore di latte...so I wasn't unhappy!
