Full seven days to get them from a store an hour away. NICS got "delayed" which is pretty common here, so I called to try and check the status after a week and after being hung up on before even answering by customer service, the guy who finally answered spoke like he hated having to work at all, and basically said it could take 30 days so there's no point in calling for a status update. Gun counter wouldn't even answer. 30 days to just hope I get a call about taking possession of my $1000 purchase. Incredible waste of time for overpriced products and rude customer service. This is one store our area could do without.

I think it's a great family atmosphere. Especially around Christmas. They have the best north pole and santa comes to visit to sit with all the children for pictures. This is not just a store it's a family.
