And they were able to make me an appointment within 2 days!! First and foremost the fact that they don't try to rip you off with a service/diagnostic/travel fee is amazing. Their fee is $99 and if you have the item repaired by them they take that fee off your final cost of repair. I received excellent communication before they even began service. Larry, the owner, called the day before to verify details of the services needed and who would be coming. On the day of service I received a text with my service technicians name and info as well as a photo of him. The service techs Eric and Jared arrived on time, wore masks and booties as well as used rugs to keep the areas clean. I am very pleased with the service I have received so far and will not hesitate to use them in the future for my other appliances!

This small-town appliance store is an absolute gem, and I couldn't recommend it more highly. From the moment you walk in, it's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. Lee and Brian are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in finding the right appliance for your needs. A while back we purchased a big green egg there and had a wonderful experience and at that point we promised we'd never buy an appliance any place else. Fast-forward a few months and we found ourselves with a broken dishwasher and washing machine all the week leading up to Thanksgiving. I called over and jokingly said that I'm your dream. Customer that if you have the product in stock and can install it this week. I'll be over with cash in hand. Lee and Brian appreciated my willingness, yet still went out of their way to make sure we got the right appliance and best deal (thanks Black Friday). They got us up and running and saved our Thanksgiving. Best of all, they service what they sell, and in a changing landscape of limited, trusted appliance repair options, this is a huge selling feature. Do not go anywhere else. For anyone in need of quality appliances with service you can trust, this is the place to go. Support local, support family-owned, and experience the difference. Five stars, every time!
