But they made quick work of it and one of them actually vacuumed the floor after the old dryer was removed! He even used a damp rag to wipe the lint off the walls behind the dryer. They took the model number and the error messages the machine was displaying and said they would call back. I called back an hour later and they refused to work on the machine. They didn't want to! Said I acted like I was their only customer when I called back. Again, they advertise that they are a Whirlpool service provider. Said to call someone else. I will never deal with them again and I advise others not to bother.
