Not terrible, and the pool looked good all season- no major outbreaks. They forgot to empty both skimmers a few times, which is always frustrating. I will say, then the pump broke they identified the problems and replaced it 1-2-3. No issues after that. My big problem was opening was over $600, and closing was almost $500. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

I had seen the salt chlorinator had a red light and said 'check salt' still after he left I took the water to add-on. They told me I need 240 lb's of salt, chlorine, phos-free and many other chemicals. I immediately texted Kevin the results because he was 'on his way'. He then told me he couldn't service my pool because I 'under minded him' !!! And never came back!! Well, thanks Kevin (waaah-waaah) I thought I was helping and was having a family BBQ on Saturday!
