However, the owner of Champion Water Systems showed up to give me a quote within a couple of hours of my calling. The price was good and I had my new softener a couple of days later. Most importantly, after a minor issue developed ,the owner responded immediately after my call and made the needed repair (on a Saturday!). I can not express just how terrible our experience with this company was. From unsealed, leaking bottles to their extremely pushy sales tactics we've had enough. Shame they also have their mits into the Primo brand locally as well. Read the real reviews! You can always tell real customers from the ones that are friends with the owner or those that get free service in exchange of a good word.
