My call was answered quickly- Mr Powerman agreed to come out on a Sunday afternoon. A short while later I found a shut-off valve for the broken section and called back to allow Powerman to come out at a more convenient time. He came out Monday and replaced and repaired the defective parts. He also relocated the backflow preventer so it will meet plumbing code and prevent future freeze problems.
