Water and service was good. Would nice to get a receipt instead of the cashier thinking we don't care and send to our email address on file. If we didn't get it we wouldn't know that he charged us for an extra drink. read more

Water Still on Bell is the best! The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and everything is always clean. Their teas are perfectly sweet and refreshing, and the water quality is unbeatable. Whether I'm filling jugs or grabbing a drink on the go, this place never disappoints! read more

Not everyone drinks coffee. But we all need caffeine. That's where these folks come in handy. Because in a Texas summer, iced tea is a better pick me up. And Waterstill has great iced tea, in large part because of their filtered water. Their filtered water factors into their ice as well. The place is spotless. The service is quick. The condiments for your tea are all there. This is the perfect pick me up for Texas weather. read more

Positives: They have a great variety of tea and it's fresh. Tastes great. Drive-Thru is fast with a worker and an IPad in the line to speed the service. Negatives: There is no happy hour pricing. And, the workers are so efficient that they can't be bothered to say Thank You, print a receipt, or punch a loyalty card. read more

Absolutely amazing! Found this gem while traveling across country, the lemonade & tea were delicious, as an avid Ice Eater, I was very impressed with how clean & crisp the ice was! As someone who has serious cleanliness expectations, I was beyond pleased with how clean the entire store was! Staff wasn't the most talkative although I did appreciate the music choices & decor so overall the atmosphere balanced out. read more

My family owns about 10 of the 5 gallon jugs and it's such a hassle to refill each one individually and pushing quarters into the machine at local mini marts. 5 Stars goes to the service this place delivers. As soon as you enter the parking lot, an employee comes and collect all the bottles you need to refill and deliver it right back to your car. Literally you are in and out and 5 minutes! But if you're in no rush they do have a little section for health food snacks (protein bars/ organic snacks) and their variety of teas. They also have their own brand of water bottles you can purchase. This place definitely shows a positive atmosphere of living a healthy life. read more

Never a bad drink or service. My family and I frequent this place probably a little on the top much side. I love the Sweet Cherry Berry Tea. My wife loves a half Sweet Peach and Unsweetened Coconut Tea. One of my daughters go to is sweet Strawberry Green Tea. My other daughter is never the same... almost always a new flavor combination. The service is fast with smiling faces greeting you and giving you your order. read more

Water Still - 44 oz. Sweet Black Cherry Berry with 1/4 ice... delicious - Water Stores Near Me - Amarillo, Texas

First rate!! Went through their drive through today with my half gallon bottle which they rinsed and filled. After getting home and trying to open the bottle, discovering that the screw top had been cross-threaded, was now impossible to open without damage. I went back and walked into the store and was greeted immediately. I explained the problem and was promptly helped out. In a day and age when it seems great customer service, and attention to customer satisfaction, is becoming more and more rare; here we have a local business that refuses to accede to that lowering of standards. To ensure my satisfaction the water bottle was replaced with a new one, and filled with the elixir I originally stopped in for - cold, clean, filtered water; without a charge at all. This attention to their customers, and a superior product is why Water Still has earned my business and should receive yours. Their slogan is "it starts with the water". While it may start with the water, it is the people that love their job, and their customers that makes Water Still special. read more

Best tasting water and love they help carry it to my car when my husband is with or without me.

Review for the store on Georgia- excellent service from Evan this morning. It was our first time in. He did a great job of showing us the choices, but not being the pushy sales guy. Water and tea was top notch. read more

The water is so crisp & refreshingly delicious! The verity and taste of the tea are perfect! But the customer service is superb! They're always so friendly and courteous! read more

Best place to get tea! And ice, and water, and any healthy snack. But this Açaí Peach Mango Green Tea y'all is THE best! It's unsweetened and you don't even need to add a drop of sugar. I literally get a gallon to take home to Houston every time I come. My great grandmother started buying water and ice from here when she was diagnosed with cancer a long time ago because it's what her doctor recommended. Water Still has been around THAT long and they always provide THE BEST service, with a smile on their face! Will always be a supporter of Water Still and I WISH Houston area would get one!! read more

Best tea in town, bar none. Friendly service, clean surroundings. I just wish the parking lot was bigger and getting into/out of it was easier. Way past time for a second location! read more

I don't understand why I paid dang near 2.50 for this drink and get GIPPED so bad. Don't use the drive thru. Go inside to get your money worth. I'm giving water still 4 stars because it always happens but still has amazing tea. read more

Best water n teas. Super friendly staff I highly recommend it, especially water, mint n coconut teas.

Thirsty? Why wait?! The teas are made from quality water, it's dirt cheap, and there's so many options! Plus you can sample all of the teas before you purchase. The green tea was okay but I liked the sweet peach one. I ended up mixing them for the antioxidants from the green tea and the taste of the peach tea. This makes for one happy girl. read more

Better than Texas Tea, always has been. I'm not sure what the difference in ingredients is, but Water Still teas are not gross, cloying sweet. Rather, they are smooth flavors; some more subtle than others. The staff is super friendly and eager to help. Also, I drink water like a camel, and I really appreciate how good the water is here. Thankful for them. read more

I am very picky about my water. This place has some of the best water I have ever tasted. Also, the tea is amazing. All of them. I love being able to test the tea before I decide (which is hard to do). If only this place had more locations around town! read more

I placed an order for delivery at the Georgia Street WaterStill through DoorDash. The delivery was quick, but the order was not correct. Not sure what the DoorDash process is, but out of 3 gallons of tea (all of them which were supposed to be decaf), I received 2 decaf and 1 regular. Since I requested the decaf for a reason, will need to either pour the regular tea down the drain or find one of my neighbors who will take the regular gallon of tea. read more

This place is awesome, clean, and the staff is very friendly. I like that they have little sample cups so you can figure out which you like without guessing. I bought a fountain of peach tea and a gallon of raspberry. Considering going back and grabbing a gallon of the peach before i head back to Oklahoma. If your from out of town i highly suggest trying this place. read more

I was recommended Water Still for their great tea selection and was not disappointed. Sweet and unsweet varieties allowed me to make a half and half version to cut down on some of the sugar. The black cherry flavor and the peach/mango flavor are our favorites. On one of our many visits we also picked up there bottled water and a bag of their ice. Made our week in the RV a great stay. Great friendly service every time. read more

Awesome tea options. Very cheap prices. Very much recommend this place! Blueberry and mint were great.

I was in town for business for a few days, and someone where I was working recommended this place for their iced tea. I went and was glad I did. I sampled several of their tea varieties, settling on the Goji Berry/Pomegranate Green tea. I liked it so much I lugged a gallon of it back to Dallas. Looking forward to me next trip out this way so I can stop by again! read more

Yup! Theeee best! My favorites are: Sweet Peach, Sweet Mango, and Sweet Black Cherry Berry! And until recently, I had no idea their lemonade was sooooooo stinking wonderful! The only thing that could make this place more wonderful would be a drive thru! read more

Always a clean environment, they're really quick and friendly. Their prices are a bit high, but the service is great for people who need assistance getting water to their car. Their iced tea is great and they offer great flavors. read more

Their tea always tastes like there's something funny in it! It's not what I like in a tea at all. Also, the few times I've gone in there I've been hit on and it gets a little frustrating. I just wanted tea. read more

The tea was great. The only thing is if you don't accept a certain credit card please post a sign saying you don't. Went in and I was checking out and here they didn't accept American Express.
