    Adana kabab
    Natalie J.

We visited this place today, and we were quite disappointed. The place was unkempt and disorganized. We had expected to see more animals for petting, but all they had were horses and donkeys. The food was okay, but the Adana kabab was extremely dry. Most of the food seemed to need salt. Also it was pricey

Service sucks. Server barely checked if we needed anything. Our empty plates are stacked at the table and was not picked up at all. The food was pretty pricey and just ok. The floors were not clean witj mscraps of food, skewers on the floor. Their tables had slits on them had dried food stuck on it. Since it's an open set up, with animals outside, it was a nice scenery however flies from these animals get into the restaurant itself and to where the customers are at. You enter the restaurant and there's carpentry tools by the door and the parking lot is too muddy. I need not say the condition of the restrooms.

The ambiance of this ranch is chill as you can overlook a small pond, a few sheds, playground equipment, some farm animals, and a nearby road. The setup of this ranch is more rundown-looking than rustic. There isn't much of a parking lot just parked in the muddy dirt ground and felt concerned since my vehicle isn't four-wheel drive. I came with a group of ladies and the seating was okay; some chairs had stains while others had holes torn through the cushion. I sat down and looked through the menu, it was vast meat options and only a few veggies. I ordered the hummus with falafels and a side vegetable salad. My food came out very quickly: while the other ladies in my group had to wait up to an hour or longer. One of the ladies didn't get her meal as our waiter had forgotten blaming it on his busyness with other tables. The falafels were delicious and packed with flavor. The hummus was basic, nothing too special, the standard creaminess with olive oil drenched in the middle, but not seasoned with anything. The vegetable salad consists of chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, white onions and sprinkled with a lot of parsley here and there. The salad was extremely bland and tasted purely of the vegetables themselves. So, I added some salt and pepper to try to bring out the flavor, but it wasn't happening. I couldn't even finish it because of how tasteless it was. The mint lemonade is served as an ice slushy which isn't described in the menu. I thought it would be in liquid form, but it wasn't. It had shredded pieces of mint it in. The service was very strange; our waiter was available for some parts of the evening, but by dusk, he was MIA. Our food was brought out by different people who couldn't take extra orders since they weren't the waiter. When our waiter did come, we had to individually spell out our names to create a separate tab. Someone in our group ordered hookah in the beginning, but it never came. I give this place two stars because I've been to better Turkish restaurants that were up to standards, this restaurant is lackluster at best. You don't get what you pay for and with the tip added to the bill, that's a scam in the system.

Went to @waterstoneranch recently, and it is a great spot. very relaxing, great place to sit back and hang out with friends and family. They have animals, a pond, a playground for the kids, and delicious food. Fan of Turkish food as it is, we ordered Wings, Adana Kabab, Lamb Shish, Chicken Shish, Kunafa, and Tea. overall, the food was good. My favorite item was the Adana kabab. Great atmosphere and food. I definitely enjoyed it.

A Turkish themed ranch with foreign house music in English playing in the background, horses roaming, soccer, good old playground rides, and moon bounces around a lake with real fish in it and aesthetic Turkish mosaic chandeliers everywhere...couldn't have asked for a more 'houston' melting pot of an exeprience. Service was 100%. Food was phenomenal. Chicken sish kababs, lamb chops, hummus, bread were all must haves. I'd skip the baba ganoush. Payment structure is as follows: Parking: free and on site Entry: free Water: bottled for a fee, tap not offered Pictured pink bungalow on the water: $150 reservation fee if you book it Food: Meat items by the lb, i.e. chicken shish 1 lb for $15. Corn and other sides by the piece or by the portion size Cooking fees: you can cook your own meat marinated that you purchase on bbqs set up nearby $5/person even if you're sharing items if you want the ranch to cook your food for you Gratuity: automatically added to bill at 20%. Located in Rosharon, TX, it truly is a diverse experience and family owned. Expect an outing here to cost at minimum, $20, on average $35-45, and at most, as much as $100 per person.

Overall great time there. Lots to do, very good grilled meat for lunch, excellent breakfast array, and great tea and coffee and dessert to close out the day. Fun for the entire family. We took very large groups and all had a good time. ATVs, horses, donkeys, playgrounds, hammocks, prayer area, and more. Only comment is that the service could be a little easier. You have to kind of guess and flag people waking around in plain clothes. Then go find them later if you didn't get your stuff. Like finding the coffee lady had been tricky the last two times but she's around. They are all very nice and we will be back

Oh boy, where do I even start? We made the grave mistake of celebrating Eid at this chaotic mess of a restaurant on March 30th at 4 PM. We were a party of 13, full of hope, hunger, and Eid spirit--and left with nothing but regret, frustration, and possibly food poisoning. Let's talk about the parking lot first--which, by the way, doubled as a landfill and a sauna. Overcrowded, smelly, and the kind of place that makes you question all your life choices before you even step inside. Once inside, the confusion really kicked in. There were lines. So many lines. Were they for food? For water? For judgment day? No one knew. We played a live-action version of "Where's Waldo?" just trying to figure out where the buffet line started. Ah yes, the buffet. Or should I say, the Hunger Games. The line was so long we aged a few years just standing there. But we had already paid for 13 people, so there was no turning back. We had grandparents, kids, and every single one of us looked like extras from a survival movie by the end. And what were we waiting for? Undercooked food! The rice was still crunching like cereal. The chicken? Raw enough to still have hopes and dreams. I posted a picture, and no, that white stuff isn't garnish--it's uncooked rice. Yum? The cherry on top? When we asked the owner (who was standing right behind this tragic buffet) why everything was such a disaster and where we could find a drop of water, his response was: "We didn't think there'd be this many people." Sir... it's Eid. You threw an event. What exactly did you think was going to happen? Meanwhile, they had random matcha stalls and a girl walking around on stilts in the blazing heat, but no one thought, "Hey, maybe let's cook the rice today"? We drove an hour. Paid a small fortune. And left with nothing but hunger and trauma. Moral of the story: Always read the reviews. And if the flyer says "2 servings per person" at a buffet--run. Bonus Tip: Go to Dimassi's Mediterranean Buffet instead. Great food, amazing customer service, refreshing drinks, delicious desserts--all included and actually cooked!

Visiting this ranch is definitely an experience! Yes, it's a bit of a drive, but once you're there, it's worth the trip. However, parking is limited considering how many seats are available in the restaurant area. We arrived around 12:30 with plans to grab a small breakfast, explore the ranch, and then enjoy lunch at 2:00. When we sat down and asked for the breakfast menu, there was some confusion. The staff kept nodding and saying "yes, breakfast," but it seemed like they didn't quite understand what we were asking. When breakfast arrived for the four of us, we realized it was a set menu - and what a breakfast it was! The assortment included perfectly sweet fruit jams, fresh cheeses, multiple types of creamy butter, olives, vegetables, french fries, spring rolls, an egg dish, and the star of the meal: thick, fresh, and doughy pita. We soon realized we wouldn't have room for lunch after all! We ended up staying at the table for almost two hours, enjoying the endless fresh bread they kept bringing out upon request. Plus, we didn't want to leave the comfort of the jumbo fan. The June heat is no joke! The food and drinks were easily the highlight of our visit, and I'd give them a 4/4 rating. (FYI: water is an extra charge since they only offer bottled water). The service was good, and the waiters were sweet, but the place is so large that if you need anything, you'll often have to go find someone to make your request. The menu could use some clarification, and it would be helpful if they had more staff who could speak English to better accommodate guests and attract a more diverse clientele. As for the horseback riding, it could've been better organized. There wasn't any clear signage explaining how to ride or what to expect. I paid for a ride, but it ended up being more of a slow walk with a guide holding the reins the entire time. Since the guide didn't speak much English, it was a bit dull. I think this would probably be better suited just for kids. All in all, I'd love to return and try the lunch. Now that I know what to expect, I can better plan my visit. Hopefully, this feedback helps them improve, taking them from great to even better!

I wish I would've paid attention to the negative reviews. For starters, the customer service is non existent. We were there for 1.5 hour and were only checked on ONCE. How are you gonna charge gratuity when you didn't do anything. Breakfast was $25 per person which is outrageously expensive for what it was. Although the food was unlimited, we didn't get the opportunity to ask for more food because there were no servers on sight. Nobody ask or offered us water/beverage for 50 minutes. It wasn't until a lady noticed that we didn't receive the tea that was suppose to come WITH the platter. Everything that was served could've been purchase from Walmart or HEB. Nothing tasted different or special; straight up bland. I considered giving this place 2 stars but with how disgusting the restrooms were I felt like it was appropriate to give this place ZERO stars. Our family had never been in a more nastier environment in our lives. I'm sure they haven't cleaned it in months. 100% would not recommend or ever come back.

The amount of food is very generous. We went for the breakfast and it didn't dissapoint. It is located in the middle of nowhere. Very peaceful with horses and cute donkeys. Plenty of space to walk around and enjoy the day. Definitely will go back to try the BBQ.

If you're in Rosharon or willing to make that drive, it's definitely a unique experience. You'll pull up to a large farm with all sorts of animals in sight. There's not a ton of parking but we managed to get a decent spot. Which is odd because there is so much seating to eat. I must've missed seeing another parking area. You can sit wherever you like but make sure the staff sees you as the place is so big they might not realize you're there ready to eat. Pro tip: it's a covered, but outdoor space. Make sure to sit near the fans! Their brunch is basically $30 a person. They bring a huge centerpiece with all sorts of cheeses, bread, vegetables, meats, and sauces. The center of the centerpiece is a combo pot of hot tea and water. They will explain on what pairs best with what if you aren't familiar with Turkish food. Our group of 4 was stuffed after our meal. After your meal they offer horse riding for $20 or just general petting for all the farm animals out there. It was super hot the day we went, but definitely would have hung around longer for this had it been cooler. FYI: -They do not serve alcohol here. -Reservations only required for groups of 20 or over.

This place came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I had been following on Instagram for some time after hearing about it and finally made the drive there this past weekend to try their Turkish breakfast. We showed up at around 10:30am on a Saturday and there was only a few other people there. Turkish breakfast is $25 per person and it is all you can eat. It was my first time trying Turkish breakfast and the spread was absolutely beautiful and delicious. If you look online on their website you can find a breakdown of everything that comes in the spread along with pictures! The tea that came with it was absolutely delicious as well. We ordered the turkish coffee and omg that was probably my favorite thing out of the whole meal. The ranch is huge and there are so many things to do. They have a variety of animals that you can pet or play with. You can even ride one of their horses if you want for a fee. Service was a little slower once they started to get busy at around 11:30-12 but the waiters were always able to help once you flagged them down. I really recommend this experience to everyone!!

I ordered the $20 bottomless mimosas, Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Fried Chicken, and because I'm indecisive and they were offered a la cart, I ordered a side of Catfish and a side of greens. My friend decided on the chicken and waffles. The food came out in an acceptable amount of time and piping hot. We did have to ask for our beverages and they were quickly brought out. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, bursting with flavor from the multiple ingredients. I asked for butter but ultimately didn't need it because they were delicious with just a hint of syrup because they were already sweet. They came with 4 chicken wings (flats) which I appreciated because I don't like when the chicken is strips. The chicken wings were seasoned and fried to perfection, as were the catfish strips. Just the right amount of batter and seasoning to be crunchy but still flaky and melt in your mouth delicious. The greens were to die for!!! Cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. I added a few dashes of hot sauce and they hit the spot. It reminded me of my childhood and I longed for some good cornbread to sop up the remaining pot liquor . But I digress lol. The restaurant was located in a convenient and easy to find location with plenty of parking. Clean tables and facility. I observed the staff washing their hands multiple times throughout the visit. Overall, everything was excellent and I'll definitely be returning to try other menu offerings. A few things to note: Definitely make a reservation. They do not split checks. It's one check for the entire table so figure it out and make it easy for them. Debit and credit cards only. They also offer Chef Curated Catering experiences and party and event rentals.

On this particular evening we stuck to the seafood and we were not disappointed. We came out on a Tuesday, and Pizza Hut, next door, was running a 5.99 deal and the place was bonkers. On a normal day, parking is not much of a problem and there's plenty of space, but on this day it was a little hectic. Don't expect that to be the usual. Walking in the restaurant was quiet, there were three tables being served at the time. We were immediately set and we had a lot of different menu options to go through. We had their normal menu, their feast and their weekly and daily specials. So many things looked good, so we took our time going over the menu. We ordered half a dozen raw oysters, and these were massive. They serve them with lemons and Sriracha. Excellent combination. 10 out of 10 would order again. The gal went with flounder fillets and crawfish etouffee over rice. The flounder was fried perfectly. The etouffee was fantastic. I had the redfish with crawfish etouffee and I loved my redfish and the etouffee was fantastic on my dish as well. 10 out of 10 would order the redfish again, same with the flounder. Overall this is a fantastic meal. We had a bill of $46 for two big plates and half a dozen oysters. Not a bad deal. They do have some pretty good deals on it. Some of their other specials and their larger boils and feast. And while we were there they also had 1199 lb crawfish rate. We'll have to come back for the Crawfish and see how they do. They also have events throughout the week and month at the restaurant. That might be worth checking out if you're in the area. Was very pleased with our meal and visit. Will definitely be back.

I took it home and added my own dressing from home the next day. It's unfortunate that they charge an additional $1.50 for feta cheese which would have elevated the salad flavor. The cheese pide was good and a very large portion size. I wish there were some vegetables added however. The dough was delicious. Istanbul grill does make good bread. The pita bread was also good, very soft, and tasted fresh. It was busy on a Saturday night. Decor is minimal inside and ambiance was family friendly. Most of the tables were families with children. I will note that the interior was on the warmer side for a November night. Overall likely would not return just because of limited vegetarian food.
