How refreshing it is to deal with an honest company. No AI bots, no overseas assistants, actual local people (JJ) here that will get the job done. I hired water savers to do a leak detection on a house I was buying. They "found" the leak in the skimmer, gave us a quote. We ended up hiring them, they fixed the skimmer. After moving into the house, the pool was still leaking significantly. I called JJ back up and he was on it! They came back out and ended up finding the leak in a pipe under the spa and fixing it at no additional charge. Thank you so much JJ and the rest of the guys at water savers! read more

I was referred to Water Savers by another pool service provider regarding a potential pool leak as I had noticed wet bricks near the pool. I spoke with the Manager who asked about any water loss in the pool. I indicated that there was very little, actually almost nil, and he said that it didn't sound like a pool leak at all, considering the amount of water on the deck. He suggested I check the water supply to the house and yard for a potential leak. I truly appreciated his professional approach and helpful suggestions. Thanks. read more

Best leak detection company by far. They are about quality and customer service. They do no advertising or marketing and have been around for over 30 years. Unfortunately they keep deleting or hiding all the good reviews. Remember , good work is not cheap and cheap work is not good. read more

I had a leak about 2 months ago and I was recommended to try Water Savers by my pool company. JJ and his team came out and detected a leak, which they stated that they could fix. A couple weeks later they came out and spent the day fixing the leak. Since the repair there has been no more leaks and I couldn't be happier with the quick service from JJ and his team of experts. I would highly recommend this company if there is a leak in pool or spa. Thanks again, Water Savers! read more

WAY OVERPRICED ! They tried to charge me 3k for a job that everyone else bid on average 1,500 for. So shop around and get more quotes ! They also charged me 350 for a water detection leak.... fine. But you'd think they'd apply that to the cost of the repair? NOPE I asked the employee why they charge so much, and he said cause "they do the job right" ha ha well isn't that what everyone says to justify overcharging. He also implied they charge so much "cause they can" Save yourself money, get quotes from other companies ! They bank on you staying with them after the water leak detection, and that you won't shop around. AVOID BUSINESS read more

We had an unknown leak losing about an inch a day. I called water savers and couldn't have been happier with their response. Leak was detected in pool light. First attempt did not solve the problem. They rescheduled promptly and solved the issue on the second attempt. I couldn't be happier with their promptness, professionalism and communication. Very good experience and I would have no problem recommending their services. Thank you Brian, JJ and Frank. read more

I contacted Water Savers and advised I had a leak in my spa. They scheduled a technician and requested a credit card for payment? The day of the visit no one showed during the scheduled time frame. I called and was advised they were running late and would call prior to arrival. No one called and one and hall hrs later, two technicians arrived. I was surprised that the had no clue why they were here. Sadly they spoke very little, if any English. After putting dye in the jets, skimmer and air bubbles jets and testing the system they advertised everything was fine. They placed a strip of duck tape at the water line and departed. Stated they would be back. Over several days the water level dropped over a foot. They even broke one of the jets during the testing. Handed me the jet when they departed and said we'll be back! After several day with no response from WaterSavers, I called. Left a message from my home number. Called back hrs later from my cell. Did not leave a message, but shortly later received a call asking if I called on my cell phone. Advised the called the problem. He advised the general manager would return my call. Later another individual called and asked what the problem was. I advised him and again he stated the General Manager was on the phone but would call me. Later I received a call from Water Savers! The gentleman stated my card was never charged and apologized for the error of not responding to my problem with my spa. He stated my card was never charge, but never made any explanation why they have not responded to my problem, nor what the problem was with the leak! I DO NOT RECOMMEND WATER SAVERS! read more

We have a 45 year old pool that was leaking water. I was adding water every other day and my water bills were high. We called Water Savers and talked to JJ. He took care of us right away. They originally detected 2 leaks but found 2 more and fixed them on the spot. They were so nice, quick and thorough. They matched the decking color perfect as they had to cut through to get the leaks fixed and patch the concrete. We would highly recommend JJ as his crew! Ray and Lori read more

I worked with JJ from water savers. He and his team did a great job. They came out and tested why my system was pulling in air and causing little air bubbles to come into the pool. Their diagnosis was precise and their prices were reasonable. They were able to get a team out quickly to replace my old skimmer and pipes... now my system is running perfect and we are up to date! read more

Absolutely top notch company. I had a really tough leak in my SPA. JJ and his crew chased that leaks relentlessly. The repair is perfect and cost effective. They crew was professional and diligent. I highly recommend this company. read more

I'm adding an additional star for 2 reasons... 1. The owner reached out to me in an attempt to mend the issues. I do appreciate that. 2. In my initial review, I mentioned they were priced high for repairs. I realize now that this is an unfair assessment as I did price shop, and this will naturally bring the cost done as there are a lot of companies competing for the same business in the area. read more

After an unpleasant experience with another pool repair firm, a local pool service store recommended WaterSavers. WaterSavers were on time, polite, well equipped with the necessary parts, the price was competitive, and they completed the project without damage to any brick work surrounding the pool. Wow what a relief, my pool guy recommend Water Savers to check out my pool losing water. They said it was my skimmer. Thy came buy replaced everything the same day. I asked them how i should pay and they said do not pay us yet until you are sure we did a good job. Wow who does that! They really back up there work. Needless to say my pool is not losing water anymore and the problem was the skimmer. I high recommend these guys! They were very responsive by email and called me back every time. My pool man referred me to Water Savers because I had a leak somewhere in my pool/spa and was having to add water every day, gets expensive! Frank came out today and did leak detection and was super thorough and did a stellar job. He literally jumped right into the spa and went to work, explaining and educating me about everything he was doing, and he found the leak! I was so thrilled with him and his service that I requested to have him be here for the repair! He was very personable and understanding. I also have to give a shout out to Steve, the owner. When I called in as a new customer Steve answered the phone and we talked for at least a half an hour, and he set up my appointment. This company takes the time to get to know their customers. They listen, address your concerns and get the job done! I would definitely recommend them. I've used other leak detection companies in the past, and they don't hold a candlestick to this company! I am still in awe at their service. To all you pool owners, I suggest you call Water Savers first if you have a leak, you won't be disappointed, guaranteed! read more

Steve, the owner at Water Savers seems to be somewhat unorganized and reluctant to make a tough decision. We had had his team out to fix a pool leak 8 years ago and now another leak has occurred. His tech found the leak to be in the same block of concrete they removed and replaced before and I believed it was only reasonable to think he would want to fix it again, and do it for some reduced rate if not free. It has been 6 days since his tech was here and I've had to call 3 times to get his leak report and request some kind of accommodation on the needed repair. All to say, it seems like there's problems here and woud recommend you steer clear of Water Savers. read more

A vendor recommended us to Water Savers and it was a pleasure working with Steve. Our water feature is a huge asset to the association and Steve was able to answer all of our questions and even guided us on how to get the water feature repaired. I developed a pretty severe leak in my pool immediately after having my pool remodeled. The contractor refused to address the issue and blamed the leak on plumbing, which never leaked before. I called Water Savers and they came out within a couple of days. Santiago was able to find the leak very quickly. The leak was within the light housing, and not the plumbing. Santiago even did a temporary fix although I hadn't yet agreed to have them do the repair work. The leak stopped immediately which told me Santiago was spot on. After receiving their quote to do the repair work, I agreed and they came and repaired the leak in a timely manner. After all was said and done, Water Savers deducted $400.00 off the quote because the leak was easier to repair than they originally thought. They could have just as easily took the entire amount of the original quote without me knowing any better. Water Savers is obviously a very honest company who don't take advantage of unknowing customers, unlike the contractor who originally caused the leak. I highly recommend Water Savers. They made a very stressful situation a lot easier. read more

Rude and Un-Organized They told me I get a call 30Min before their arrival. I sent an email to the owner the next day and simply told him that I took the afternoon out and was waiting for the call and wanted to be there for inspection. The guy sent an email back that we will refund you and dont want to do business with you because we started on the wrong foot!! Wasted my time for a week. Very un-professional. Water Savers came out to do a leak detection in our pool and spa. They gave us their report on where the leak is coming from and marked the location on a specific jet in our spa. Well, they were wrong! Completely way off. It was not that jet. It was on the opposite side of our spa. What a waste of money! The guys who repaired it had to do unnecessary digging. And when my husband called the company for questions about the detection job the guy was very rude. I wouldn't recommend this company. I want my money back. read more

THE best swimming pool leak detection company around today. They are most honest and experienced I have ever known.

A group of nice and professional guys. Been having leaks in my pool fixed for 5 years. Finally called Water Savers. They sent their guys, found at least 10 new cracks and suggested not fixing it until we had some engineers review. When we decided to fill in the pool(which they do not do), they sent a crew to drain the pool and punch holes in the bottom to prevent any pool issues awaiting the fill. All at no charge. Would certainly recommend them. read more

Water Savers was exceptionally prompt in responding to my inquiries about why our spa was leaking. They performed proper leak detection tests and located the problem within an hour. Another firm claimed that our jet pipes were leaking and needed to demo and repair them. Turns out they were not leaking and the problem was isolated to the skimmer. After working unsuccessfully with another leak detection company I found Water Savers. the first company just told me it was the same problem I had a few years ago and slapped on some epoxy. This helped significantly water loss continued at a slower pace I had Water Savers (Santiago) out to look for my pool leak and he found a suspect area, in the skimmer, and patched it. They had to come out a second time (at no charge) because the pool was still losing water. Now it looks like there are issues with the copper lining behind/in the light housing. I am happy they found the problem but the cost to repair is beyond my pocketbook and that is why the 3 stars. Pool Leak Detection and Repair - Outstanding company! Water savers came out and identified the problem with my pool - it was seriously leaking water. I also hired them to do the repair. They gave me a fair estimate - but when they solved the problem it was easier than they had expected and they REDUCED their actual fee to UNDER THE ESTIMATED target. These guys are great - so refreshing to find quality workers at fair prices. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family! read more

I contacted Brian at Water Savers informing him that I had a substantial leak out of my spa that caused my spa almost to run dry after 30-60 minutes. After they did their inspection they sent me a report identifying the leak as the pool skimmer with no mention of the spa issue. The leak in the spa is the reason I requested their service, as that is the only major issue we have when the spa is recycling the water within itself to heat up the water. I don't really believe the skimmer is a problem and if it is, it's a very minor one. Also the price to repair and replace the skimmer was $1600. I bet there is a far cheaper way to seal the skimmer than tear it out, add re-bar and re-concrete the skimmer. I honestly feel they made up a problem just to report they found a problem and to up-charge me on an unnecessary service that is not needed. I don't like getting taken advantage of... read more

Like many folks, I'm a doubting Thomas when it comes to repair companies. So when my in-ground spa needed a leak repair, I got a referral from a reputable pool company near my house. They said I could trust Water Savers. Initially, the cost for them to come out seemed a bit high. However, the office manager explained that the up front fee covers a complete diagnosis and written analysis of what the problem is and what would be needed for any repairs. It also includes a warranty for any future diagnosis if the same problem persists. I went for it, and man, I was not disappointed. Not only did they diagnose the issue correctly, but in the process discovered another problem with the jets. Since my spa was old and replacement parts were longer manufactured for it, they replaced all six jets with ones they had in storage that matched mine. All the work was completed in two days and the spa works as good now as it did 22 years ago! I was so happy, I called the owner, Steve Holcomb, and offered to pay him an additional $100 for the work. He actually refused the additional money! If you were like me, a doubting Thomas, doubt no longer with this one. You won't go wrong. read more

I hired Water Savers to diagnose my pool for any leaks as I had some soil moisture problems under my house. They were recommended by my pool service, and I had used them many years ago to find and fix a pool leak and was very satisfied. They showed up on time, answered any questions I had, and did a thorough examination that involved pressure testing and going into the pool. They did not find any leaks which was what I expected anyway, but I wanted to be sure. I was especially impressed by the company's integrity for the following reason: I was quoted a price and when the receipt showed up in the mail a week after the job was done, the bill charged to my credit card was $50 higher. I was kicking myself for not getting a written quote at the time the work was done. However, when I called them about the over charge, they immediately corrected the problem, and admitted it was their mistake. They are sending me a new receipt in the mail. It was great to get that response for a call I was dreading to make. read more
