I called a few different plumbers, but Jordan at Bay Area Repipe was the only one able to make it out to us that afternoon. The guy went under our house and took a bunch of pictures then came out and showed us the same rusty leaking water pipes the pest guy showed us. We decided it was probably best to replace them, and got a couple of other quotes, but these guys were definitely the best price and they were the only plumbers offering to get the whole thing done in one day. They arrived early in the morning with a bunch of drop cloths and covered darn near everything to keep my house clean. The floors, couches, tables, chairs, etc. I think they did a really good job! They finished the whole thing that same day and the inspector was out the next day to take a look. He came out from under the house with nothing but good things to say. I figured they knew what they were doing, but I didn't think my faucets and showers would be so nice now. They have so much more pressure it's like I have new bathrooms, and the kitchen faucet finally has hot water again. If you're looking for a repipe, for sure call Bay Area Repipe for a quote. They did a great job with my pex repipe, and they were all very nice too.

The property had defective Kitec plumbing which needed to be replaced as part of the contingency with this sale. I contacted Mark at Bay Area Repipe, at the recommendation of the seller's agent, who had used the firm in the past. I received a timely estimate and after calling some others who do the same work in the area, Bay Area Repipe's proposal was by far the most thorough and also represented best value for my client. Work was scheduled & completed on schedule and on budget, and my client couldn't be happier. This was not a small job and the crew completed the plumbing work in just ONE DAY, with all the sheetrock patched up over the following days. Thank you Mark & Bay Area Repipe for a exceptional job and making this transaction go off without a hitch for my buyer.

At my home in Napa, Tiberio helped remodel two bathrooms and installed a tankless gas water heater. At my San Francisco building, he installed two new toilets, completed all of the plumbing for two new laundry rooms, redid all of the copper plumbing in my garage, and relocated two water heaters. What really stands out about Tiberio is the quality of his work. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient with his time. He takes pride in doing things correctly and has been someone I can rely on to handle complicated plumbing projects with confidence. After working with him on several different projects, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tiberio to anyone looking for a plumber. He does amazing work, and I will definitely continue to call him for future projects.

After calling a few places advertised as 24/7 emergency services--only to be told they couldn't come out for 3 to 4 days--I found Tiberio at Delta T Plumbing. He answered the phone immediately and said he could be at my place in 20 minutes. Tiberio arrived right on time, inspected the damage, quoted a very fair price, and had everything completely fixed within 30 minutes. Extremely professional, fast, and top-notch work! I highly recommend him.

Excellent Customer Service! We had a sudden and severe…read morefaucet leak that developed; and just before a long weekend, no less. I contacted my regular plumber who was, not surprisingly, unavailable until the next Tuesday. We needed help! The faucet was not just dripping, it was running and clearly more than our unskilled efforts could repair. My go-to for sudden emergency help was the Yelp community; it did not disappoint. I chose EB Plumbing based on its customer ratings (first and foremost) and next its proximity to me. I always hold my breath when I go outside of my regular providers, but Eli, the principal plumber, was great! On our call, he told me that he was committed to another job that morning, but that he would swing by, take a look to see if he could stop it or slow it down, go to his scheduled appointment, then come back in the afternoon to finish mine up. I was stunned! He was going WAY beyond what I had experienced with other new contractors. He came exactly when he said he would (promptness is very important to me), assessed the leak and told me that he was heading out to buy the part he needed. Even over my protestations, because I knew he had a scheduled appointment that I really didn't want him to be late for, he declared that he could fix my problem with the necessary part and still make it to his appointment on time. He also said that he didn't want me to have to go all day long without having access to running water in the house. We had to turn the main water valve off, because of the amount of water we were losing because of the leak. Eli found the original brand part, not an after market piece, and fixed the leak really quickly. I was SO grateful and he was SO kind and considerate. This is a rare quality in contractors these days; at least the ones I've had to deal with. Bottom line: EB Plumbing was prompt, true to their word, efficient, fast, skilled, polite, personable and considerate (did I mention that he cleared the trap of hair too?!) I would recommend them and use them again. Thank you Eli! You literally saved our weekend.

That Band-Aid fix was $150, in addition to the cost of the new water heater and having it installed a couple days later. I would've hoped that considering I was buying the water heater and having it installed through him that he could applied the cost of that Band-Aid fix towards the new water heater and install. You know, just maybe a little discount for using him for both services. $150 for a fix that was only used for two days doesn't sound like a good deal to me.

Reached out to Ahmad and he responded quickly with availability on the same day. Silverio from Friendly Plumbing showed up quickly within the next 2 hours. He drove all the way from Hayward to San Jose (~35 miles). As soon as he arrived, he assessed the situation and gave us a quote which sounded reasonable. Our house did not have the sewer cleanout accessible, so he had to remove the toilet and use the snake to try and unclog the drain. When even that didnt work, he suggested using the hydro jet from the roof vent. That finally did the trick. He then made sure to verify the fix by passing the camera into the vent. He was very professional and didnt take any shortcuts. Highly recommend this business. Especially in case of emergencies.

My wife and I own a house that we rent in San Francisco's Sunset area…read more Our new tenants had noticed issues with the furnance the first time they used it, so we looked into people who could check it out right away. At least accordingly to Yelp, it indicated the business was licensed, they had a website which looked legit. Our's is one of those older houses in the Sunset, at least since the 1950's so we knew the furnace was probably pretty old, and we were controlling with it with a Nest thermostat so we wanted to make sure whomever we hired knew that stuff. AC Heating and Cooling Service was the first one who responded and they could come that day, and we wanted to make sure our tenants saw we were making reasonable efforts to respond to their request. The technician came out, looked over the furnace and said it was a problem with the wiring panel and one of the motors of which they had their truck. In looking over the rest of the unit, he said the unit was beyond its normal product life, some of it looked rusted. He quoted close to $2k for the panel/wiring work which would most likely get the unit working again but he can't guarantee for how long since it's an old unit, but he said they could replace the whole unit for $6k. Since we knew it was an old furnace, we didn't think it was simply a move to upsell us, we thought we'd make the investment for the future with a new unit, plus the parts would be on warranty for a while. They were able to replace the unit the next day and I paid by credit card over the phone. I haven't heard anything from the tenants since the unit was replaced so we're hoping no news is good news.

What made it even worse was the threatening behavior and attitude shown in public. It's honestly concerning that a company would allow someone like that to represent them while driving a company vehicle. He is professional and clear, he managed my expectations as far as schedule and pricing, and he arrived in the stated half-hour window. He is fully equipped, and we were comfortable with the pricing and service guarantee. In our case, we had a problem, but not an emergency. Brian was able to come within 2 days, and he listened closely when my husband told him exactly how far we had gone already in our due diligence. That saved him several steps in his own investigation, which saved us time, and he was able to finish the job in two hours. He had everything he needed in his truck, too -- a rolling plumber's supply store. By his own admission, he's a clean freak, and he took care not to track anything into our house, or impact anything more than the job required. Turns out we had to go in through the siding - we had expected as much, so we gave permission. Once we had was confirmed where the issue was, Brian worked quickly and efficiently to fix the problem. Also he gave us a referral to a person who can help us put the siding back on, if we need it. :-) Our cabin was expanded casually over the past 50 years, and we suspect much of the work was done by the previous owner (without professional help), so there's a lot that's questionable; I felt that Brian's "chalkboard" showing how plumbing is usually connected, and where our problem could be, showed me that even our crazy pipes and connectors could be tested systematically and ultimately repaired. We were relieved to work with someone whose price sheet, invoices, and initial consult all matched each other. I love having something to point to, to say "This is what you told us we get." He is also concerned with not wasting water, which adds to his appeal in my book; gives him an extra reason to do the job right the first time. We are confident that Brian will stand behind his commitments, and will cal him again.
