Went in to get TAG Heuer Link battery replacement done I was able to get done within minutes compared to actually going to a Tag shop to get it done where there would be a 1-2+ day turnaround. Been coming here for battery replacement and watch repair. He charges $20 for battery for high end watches but in general I think some are just $10. I have some tag that needs repairs and he was able to replace a motor for one, replace the lock on a few other pieces as a well as gasket and other accessories that other places may charge too high for. He can get original replacement so it's really worth it to bring your timepiece here. He will give you a quote prior to ordering the parts so you know exactly what you're paying for. Great experience. Steve was fast and friendly. He opened my old marine clock and evaluated it on the spot. He cleaned the clock at no charge. Even though it was clear that the balance wheel staff was broken and would require a hard to find part, he helped take care of my old wind-up. The shop is inside the small indoor mall attached to the Valley Produce market. There is good parking in the back, and you can enter the mall through the double doors to the right of the market. I noticed my watch band was getting dull and dirty. I wear my watch every day and I see the oil from my skin is starting get build up on my watch. I need to do laundry and wanted to drop of my watched to get cleaned. I was looking on Google maps to find a place that was on the way.This place was one the way and had excellent reviews. I stop by and Steve was very friendly and nice, I told him I just wanted the band to be clean and I could come back later. Steve is amazing. I have a high end "clone" omega aqua terra that arrived dead on arrival from China. After following the directions of the distributor with no success - I thought I was destined to have to send the watch to a specific type of watchsmith in NY for oversees- which would have taken a lot of time and money. Then I found Steve. He gladly took a look - opened the watch up and within minutes, he was able to diagnose and fix the issue (manufacturer didn't lubricate properly and in Laymans terms -"the wheels were jammed". ). He then adjusted and then gave me a lesson in how to operate the CO-Aixel watch. Steve was so kind and professional. When I tried to give him a tip - he actually would only take a portion of what I offered. His services and skills are exemplary. His pricing is way MORE than fair. I explained to him the crown of the watch has loose thread. That I brought the replacement part which I ordered straight from Benarus. He glanced at the watch and the part and told me he will work on it right away. We agreed on the price. The price was a lot less than what was quoted to me by another shop.
