We had Waste Management as our garbage hauler forever in Upper Mt Bethel Township. Our house has been here for 45 years, and in the last 3 or so years, our garbage or recycling doesn't get pick up more then half of the time. Strange thing is they pick up the neighbors and across the street. Maybe they should slow down a bit so they can stop in time, instead of driving right passed it! They never come back to pick it up. Lately we have been calling the Twsp each week to tell them that once again our garbage is still sitting out at the end of your 350' drive. My mother is 86 and I'm disabled, so it's not just a quick trip out to haul it back in. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Biggest problem is that the Twsp has a contact with Waste Management and we can't get another contractor. read more

I paid to have a couch removed. It has been sitting in the front of my house for 16 days so far. I have made 6 phone calls, tomorrow will be my 7th in regards as to why it has not been picked up. Everyone I have spoken to has made empty promises. "It will be picked up between 24-48 hrs." Never happens. I cannot speak to a supervisor, they are always on, "another line". I have heard that the supervisor "Cory" will call me back 2 times! He never did. I also was informed that a. Dispatcher "John" said it would be picked up with this weeks garbage. My garbage was picked up and my couch still sits. Extremely dissatisfied with their service and would not recommend this company. I will be going back to County Waste. read more

NOT HAPPY!!!! When I first got you as a Garbage service, you gave me a price for every three months with 2 large cans and 2 recycling cans. when I didn't receive my cans, you then told me "Someone must have taken my 'Numbered" cans, we will send you more." Now after a year of using you, my bill has more then doubled and your not picking up my garbage or recyclable. I called about it and got some guy "Reading off que cards, with NO Personality and huffed and puffed the whole time I was on the phone with him. Now I'm cancelling you as a garbage company and you have the audacity to CHARGE ME 75$.......I Don't think so, this my friend, is called BREACH OF CONTRACT, you never picked up my garbage, its still sitting at the bottom of my drive and you tell me 24-48 hours and you'll pick it up????? You might want to do the math, riddle me this????? if your cans sit out on the corner for a week (7 days) please tell me how many hours are in YOUR week?If there was an option for NO STARS, you would have gotten it! read more

Waste management needs to be reviewed more on Yelp. This company though most of the time spot on , when there's an issue they don't deal with it they let garbage sit in your yard and rot for weeks on end with all kinds of empty promises. This is the third occurrence they changed my pick up date and sent me a piece of paper and an envelope snail mail that looks like a bill , so nothing was picked up that week and the following week a holiday week the garbage was delayed by one day and when they came to pick it up , the driver just left it and marked it as picked up. That was the last week now going into week 3 there was supposed to pick up last Friday, yet here it sits still in my yard. Now they won't even accept my phone calls I've been on hold for hours at a time and when I do get through to somebody they transfer me and I go back on hold for another hour. This company is horrible they're expensive and they fail constantly. Do yourself a favor and use County Recycling or another garbage removal company don't bother with Waste Management read more
