When I arrived, I though the place was pretty neat, with cranes moving scrap metal all over the place, etc. I pulled my car onto the automotive scale right in front of the building and they weighed my car before and after I unloaded the washer machine, and they paid me for the scrap price of the washer machine. I was very surprised and happy that they paid me $12 for the junk washer machine, as I was expecting to have to pay someone to take it off my hands. They young lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful providing great service. I went back later that day and brought my cardboard to be recycled. It also looks like they will pay you for your aluminum cans and old computer components, etc. Anything that you're looking to get rid of, I would consider this place.

We had a car that was leaking oil big time and after a brief discussion about what to do with it…read moreand a brief Internet search, we settled on USA to dispose of it. The whole theme here would be easy. Everything is spelled out on their website from current pricing per pound for numerous items to the location and hours. www.usasalvage.org When we got to the yard it took a minute to for someone to help us out (they were very busy) but after that, the car was up on the scale, license and title handed over and a receipt with cash in hand was coming my way in a few minutes. Again, super easy. While there are multiple ways to dispose of a vehicle, I wasn't looking to reinvent the wheel or honestly to do anything past the path of least resistance. USA made the process very fast and simple. No problem in the future using them again if the need arises. A+

The most recent involved our Bethlehem city police who cited them several times for not follows the city's laws. The owner is unapologetic and blames everyone but herself. I would never recommend this company and if I could give zero stars I would. Enjoy the citations, I will make sure you get more if you continue disrespecting the laws of the city.
