After standing at the desk area waiting to be helped for 30 minutes i never saw anybody that looked to be staff or anything. I dislike places with false advertisement online just to get customers but even more i dislike places with 0 customer service. But at least the change machine worked and most of the washing machines seemed like they were clean and in good condition. Also, it would help if some kind of pricing was displayed for the dryers. As far as I can tell, it's $.25 for 5 minutes on the normal dryers, but there are also "quick drying" dryers that are just larger and allow more air flow. Those are $0.25 for 4 min. For a large comforter the larger dryers are a better choice and it still took about 30-40 min I uploaded some pics including most recent prices. We come here every so often to wash our large comforter blankets that don't got in our machines at home. I came here late morning on a weekday and there were only about 4 other people there.
