Very reasonable and worth the money. Every-time I come here it is super clean and well maintained. Their vacuums also have a shampoo feature which is incredibly useful. Ran into what I believe was the wiener today and he is just a fantastic and friendly guy and was there personally cleaning up trash and other things from the business. You always have to respect an owner that is there handling his business. Couldn't recommend this place more for the price. Come check em out!

I've had a membership here at the highest level since this location opened. The service and the…read moreavailability has become worse and worse. There are numerous times during the posted hours, that are now shorter than they used to be, that you pull up and you can't get a car wash because it appears nobody is working. One day I decided to wait, which was like 10 minutes and magically, someone popped out of the little closet area in the bay doing whatever that one man and younger boy were doing in there. And then the wash that I got was not the one I paid for because there's a sheen that is left for the one that I paid for and it was not there. Old users don't have access to online because your account was set up at the store when it opened and they haven't figured out how to make that work. When I called in because I don't have access to the online, decided at this point, I'm just gonna cancel. You don't have the rug cleaner that was there when it originally opened and then brought back for like a week or two and then disappeared again. And no big deal that people quit/cancel their membership. They didn't even try to correct the issue. They were like oh it's fine that we were doing repairs in there all week. That's why you couldn't get a car wash that you pay for. Not a care in the world so I don't care and I canceled.

First, when I went to go and pay, the cashier was rude and had an attitude (for no reason..I simply just walked up to the counter to pay).Then as I was approaching my vehicle after they called for me, one of the guys rudely told me that the tip box was behind me and that's how they do it there. Smh, I had the tip money in my hand but was caught off guard by how aggressive and rude he was. I was planning on tipping but because of what he said and how he said it, I didn't want to tip him. I just felt his response was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Idk if it was because I had out-of-state tags or because I was a woman but the treatment was definitely uncalled for. I checked the inside of my car and found one of the parts that holds the floor mat together was broken (the piece was missing) and someone there also broke the piece used to turn the vent on and off. Pics are included. I am extremely upset and feel that they should pay for the damages. Not to mention, the overall cleaning of my car wasn't good. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN! P.S. However, that does not matter to me. I will always come back to this car wash because of the excellent service that I get. One dollar gives you eight minutes on a vacuum! To use the car wash costs only two dollars and a quarter offers a generous amount of time if you don't get it all done. But most importantly, the gentleman who runs the place makes this car wash shine brighter than any other. He is personable, he always asks if everything is OK, and he was even nice enough to give me an extra quarter when my time was about to run out on two different occasions, this man is what makes this car wash stand out as the best self-serve car wash I've ever used.
