The vacuuming was fine I guess, I tipped them $10 each and I used the $25 premium cleaning. But as you can see in the pictures they didn't get rid of the saliva marks and I told the ladies that I wanted that gone but she didn't listen to me and she just left without doing the job. They do not wipe your seats she said and I guess they do not wipe doors either. The outside was good, no complaints about that. I feel that they should care a bit more about their clients, one guy saw that I wasn't happy with the cleaning but he just stood there and didn't do anything to help.

I figured I would just add the cost of the cleaning onto the price of the truck. I dropped off the truck in the morning & picked it back up about 4:00 p.m. My daughter drove me to pick up the truck. When she saw the truck, she was amazed how it looked. They did both inside, including carpets, and outside wash and wax. The next day she made an appointment for her older model SUV. They did an excellent job for her too. It's a lot of money to have your car detailed often, but maybe once a year or so you can do. Put $20.00 or so in your piggy bank every month. After a year or so, you can afford a good package you will be happy with. Oct. 2016, UPDATE: I took my small 2009 SUV in for an exterior detail. I wanted a coat of wax on the vehicle for the winter snow and road salt. Excellent job. Looks new again.

I wanted to vacuum my car after the sun went down because it was so HOT during the daytime, it was over 90 and washing my car earlier in the day at another car wash (inferior mind you) zapped my energy. So, I looked for a car wash that was open late or 24 hours; thus, I ended up at Water Works. I was REALLY surprised to see how inviting the car wash is... I know it sounds crazy but the place is CLEAN and wide open. There are LOTS of car wash bays and LOTS of vacuuming/fragrance stations, probably 15 of them. It was GREAT to not feel rushed or hurried...and safe. The area is very well lit and I never once felt concerned about someone walking up to me while I vacuumed my new Audi, something I truly fear at some DIY car washes. I really liked the ability to use my credit card instead of quarters to pay for the vacuum. The only thing I WOULD recommend, and the only reason I deducted a star is the lack of a timer (plus I can't give five stars if I haven't used the actual car washing component...but I will try it in the future provided I can use my own sponges). The most frustrating thing about using these pay-as-you-go car washes is when you can't see how much time you have remaining. Granted there may be a buzzer/alert ringing telling you that you're in the last X (30 secs, 1 minute, etc.) of your time but it would be GREAT if the vacuum station had a timer; I presume the DIY car wash bays do have visible timers so you know how much time remains. All that being said, I most DEFINITELY would recommend this carwash. NOTE: I was not offered a free carwash to review this facility, I offer this review because I felt my experience warranted taking a few minutes to tell folks. That being said, I've got no aversion to the owner sending me a free car wash... Lol. Happy cleaning!!

They damaged my brand new forged aluminum wheels, denied it, and utterly refused to make it right…read morein any way, shape, or form. Before you run your car through Waves, read this. I was a loyal repeat customer. Before my first visit I specifically asked a manager if their equipment would damage my aftermarket forged aluminum wheels. I was told not to worry, that even Porsches with large spoked rims go through without issue. I trusted that and kept coming back. What I didn't realize was that their loading track was gouging my driver side wheel during my visits. Three deep scratches, same exact spot on the outer diameter.. and the only wheel that's damaged? -- The one that loads directly onto their track. My other three wheels are completely untouched. The damage doesn't lie. I came in calmly with the car in person and a $175 repair estimate -- the cheapest quote I could find. I wasn't looking for a fight, I just wanted my wheels made right. The manager Scott reviewed the damage on my car, and later pulled up 2 dates of camera footage, then called to tell me they aren't liable. I visited multiple times in March and April. Their cameras only go back two weeks -- that's their limitation, not mine. I followed up in writing. The owner called personally and still refused to pay $175 -- despite the fact that only the wheel that physically contacts their equipment has any damage, in 3 exact spots on the outer diameter -- damage that could only come from hitting the same track repeatedly. $175. That's what my loyalty was worth to them. I have now filed a complaint with the Delaware Consumer Protection Unit and am filing in Sussex County small claims court. Look at the photos attached to this review. Then decide if you want to risk your wheels.

Perhaps not THE best Carwash I've ever been to, but they do a solid job for a fair price. I got a full service wash of my BMW X5 for just $16, with NO up-charge like most places add on for an SUV. The pretty cashier was very pleasant and she took another $2 off because I came in before 9:30 AM on a weekday. I would not have known if she didn't do it, and how can you complain about an inside & out car wash with tire dressing for just $14??? Then, after I absent-mindedly left $12 cash behind when I went to the restroom, the money was returned to me before I left the business. Honesty always impresses me in the world we now live. All-in-all a damn good experience. I suggest the grumpy people that previously reviewed WetDog give it another shot and try smiling and tipping generously.
