I watched one girl remove my weather tech floor mats and throw on top of my hood. Then the couple…read morewho was "washing it" in between making out scrub the hood with a hard brush. They didn't bother cleaning the windshield which still had bugs on it. When they pulled it out to dry it, they pulled another vehicle right next to it and opened a door into the side. They put my floor mats in still soaking wet. So after spending $31 , I left with a dirty roof, side panels, rear window, and windshield and a brand new scratch. Absolutely horrific service and experience! Oh and they didn't even tell me they were done they just left my door open and moved on to next car.
