I called around 3pm to see if he could give me a time estimate on his arrival but no answer. Texted him and asked if he was still coming by to detail my vehicle. No reply. Called again later and still no answer. I'm not exactly sure why you would tell a customer that you will come by to provide service when you really do not have any intention of doing so and on top of that why you would ignore said customer when they attempt communication and literally want to give you their money. I'd love to know the answer to this question but Cory probably wouldn't answer in the first place so I guess we'll never know. Strange, do not recommend using this service.

It was then that I was told by a very nasty worker by the name of Mentheas or matteas, that they "were going home because they are closed". I stayed and explained to two kind female workers that I had just paid over $24 for a car wash and expected my car to be hand dried and tire shine placed on my tires. The man continued to talk about how they were closed and even told his coworkers not to provide the service for me. If they were closed, why take my money and let me go through the car wash and refuse to provided a service that is included with my car wash? Very poor customer service to tell a paying customer who visits weekly this.
