They didn't bother cleaning the windshield which still had bugs on it. When they pulled it out to dry it, they pulled another vehicle right next to it and opened a door into the side. They put my floor mats in still soaking wet. So after spending $31 , I left with a dirty roof, side panels, rear window, and windshield and a brand new scratch.
