This car wash scratched my brand new car in multiple places. I've had the car for 8 days and now it's damaged because of this place. Not to mention the fact that it doesn't really even clean your car that well. It left soap scum stains, water droplet stains, and dirt on my car. This car wash is not worth the $25. I wouldn't be rushing back to this location. I'm a monthly subscriber and typically visit their Berlin location. While visiting Salisbury to see a sick relative who's in the ICU at the hospital, I needed to get a car wash and vacuum. The automated system was not working, and an attendant asked for my phone number so that they could find me in their system. The attendant then asked me which membership I had. I said I couldn't recall and asked what the options are. The attendant was unable to tell me, so I volunteered that if there were three options I was fairly certain that it was the middle option. Attendant looked uncomfortable and said he really needs to know for sure otherwise it would be a problem. I suggested they just give me the cheapest option, since he could evidently see that I was a member. When that didn't seem to meet the attendant's satisfaction, I said that it was OK, I guess I do not need to get a car wash and vacuum today after all. So I drove away, deciding to go elsewhere and spend money for quality and friendly service. I'm sure this individual attendant simply didn't want to get in trouble by offering me more soap suds than the amount to which I subscribe, but common sense and basic customer service skills were evading him. read more

Cancelled my service back in January because I only wanted unlimited washes for salty, icy roads. However, despite contacting zoom to cancel my service initially, they have continued to bill me every month for the past seven months. I have done several stop payments and payment reversals successfully with my bank. However, zoom somehow forces the payments through yet again the next month. After getting a new debit card, they email me at least once a day about my card declining. They emails they send me link to a fraudulent site with malicious pop ups. Calling on the phone yields no answer. Laughable customer service experience fitting of the two star review they currently have. read more

The only reason I gave two stars for the review was because in the past, I had good quality service from this location. I just went today and bought the most expensive wash they had. They did not tell me until I had already paid and was next in line that one of their huge brushes was not working. An older gentleman, who I am assuming is a manager, was in and out of the washbay trying to see what was going on with the brush. Instead of having people wait and not pay full price or giving them fair warning, they allowed people to pay full price and go through the wash. The passenger side of my vehicle looks good; the windows are clean and it actually looks washed. The driver side of my car however looks like a soap scum residue mess. My windows have soap streaks all over them and clearly 1/2 of my car was not washed as well. If you're going to have a malfunction in a washbay that results in a less than good car wash, it would be best practice to let customers know that and give them another option. I had two of their associates tell me that the brush was probably not working because they have had over 300 cards today. That's great for their business, but not great for the customer. I was very disappointed when they knowingly let myself and others go through the car wash with it not working properly. I am now going to have to go home and rewash my car. Worst car wash usually use the auto but had to use the self serve today due to long line in the wrangler auto wash. Put in $7 for 30 min used it for about 10 min the whole thing shut down and restarted. Find out the guy left so no attendant on duty. Will not be back read more

I usually come here to wash my car 2 times a week so I decided to try the unlimited membership. After a long weekend I decided to visit this car wash a second time to get the dirt off of my white car better as the first drive through the day before did a bad job. The manager of the car wash came up to the window of my car and yelled at me telling me to "find something more productive to do with my time" and that I was "cheating the system". He then told me he would have to raise rates due to "people like you". Why would there be such a service that offers unlimited washes that isn't properly priced? Why not figure out the pricing first? It's an awful marketing strategy to yell at customers and an even worse one to not consider price points before giving out unlimited memberships. They usually do a bad job cleaning the car so I have to touch it up after a wash. Overall, it's an okay car wash with terrible customer service. read more
