I figured I would just add the cost of the cleaning onto the price of the truck. I dropped off the truck in the morning & picked it back up about 4:00 p.m. My daughter drove me to pick up the truck. When she saw the truck, she was amazed how it looked. They did both inside, including carpets, and outside wash and wax. The next day she made an appointment for her older model SUV. They did an excellent job for her too. It's a lot of money to have your car detailed often, but maybe once a year or so you can do. Put $20.00 or so in your piggy bank every month. After a year or so, you can afford a good package you will be happy with. Oct. 2016, UPDATE: I took my small 2009 SUV in for an exterior detail. I wanted a coat of wax on the vehicle for the winter snow and road salt. Excellent job. Looks new again.

As you can imagine this leads to a vehicle that from time to time will need to be cleaned by the professionals. Meet Christopher the professional behind Glow Up Mobile Car Washing. He's the kind of guy you call if you want your car sparkly and clean. He recently came to my place of work with everything he needed to detail the Pequod my 2015 Volvo (yes I name my car doesn't everyone?). After he was finished my vehicle was back to its brilliant pearl incandescence and the interior was spotless and dust free. I'm sure he found a whole bunch of old fries in that space between seat and armrest. I highly recommended Glow Up. Christopher is generous with his time, charges a fair price and is a consummate professional with very prompt communication and a tireless work ethic. The Pequod rides again!

First, when I went to go and pay, the cashier was rude and had an attitude (for no reason..I simply just walked up to the counter to pay). Then as I was approaching my vehicle after they called for me, one of the guys rudely told me that the tip box was behind me and that's how they do it there. Smh, I had the tip money in my hand but was caught off guard by how aggressive and rude he was. I was planning on tipping but because of what he said and how he said it, I didn't want to tip him. I just felt his response was uncalled for and very unprofessional. Idk if it was because I had out-of-state tags or because I was a woman but the treatment was definitely uncalled for. I checked the inside of my car and found one of the parts that holds the floor mat together was broken (the piece was missing) and someone there also broke the piece used to turn the vent on and off. Pics are included. I am extremely upset and feel that they should pay for the damages. Not to mention, the overall cleaning of my car wasn't good. NEVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN! P.S. I wish that I wasn't in a rush and would've had a chance to read the reviews because I see that they treat a lot of customers horribly.

There are numerous times during the posted hours, that are now shorter than they used to be, that you pull up and you can't get a car wash because it appears nobody is working. One day I decided to wait, which was like 10 minutes and magically, someone popped out of the little closet area in the bay doing whatever that one man and younger boy were doing in there. And then the wash that I got was not the one I paid for because there's a sheen that is left for the one that I paid for and it was not there. Old users don't have access to online because your account was set up at the store when it opened and they haven't figured out how to make that work. When I called in because I don't have access to the online, decided at this point, I'm just gonna cancel. You don't have the rug cleaner that was there when it originally opened and then brought back for like a week or two and then disappeared again. And no big deal that people quit/cancel their membership. They didn't even try to correct the issue. They were like oh it's fine that we were doing repairs in there all week. That's why you couldn't get a car wash that you pay for. Not a care in the world so I don't care and I canceled.
