Brite Worx "reviewed their video" and stated that the fault was entirely mine, "there must be a special mechanism" that spontaneously locked my vehicle in place and are therefore denying my car repair claim. Ironically, the damage was extremely minimal, something I wouldn't have bothered fixing but I wanted to know if they would accept responsibility. Now I know. The manager Steve said "it's the first time this has happened this month." Beware of Brite Worx and enter at your own risk!! When my truck was finished, I expressed concern that the running boards were not wiped down. The young man said "Running boards? We do not do running boards". He then became belligerent and started walking away. On closer inspection, only two of my tires/wheels were cleaned, my wheel wells were filthy and my floor mats (that I paid extra to have cleaned) were still very dirty. I asked for the manager who had the young man clean my tires but said the wheel wells were the "machines" job. What does that mean? He would not even look at my floor mats. I asked for the owners name/number. After texting the owner, he asked me if I would remove my poor review of his business if he refunded my money. (This was never about money). I said yes, if he would have a conversation with his employees about the importance of quality work and customer service. He said he would. I removed my poor review on good faith that he would return my money. After multiple excuses, my money was never returned. He told me he was going to call me to discuss this issue. I never received a call. In summary, I feel this business has customer service cultural issue stemming from the owner all the way down to the employees. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

A few workers came out and I ordered the $30 full service car wash. When I went inside to pay had to more than 5 minutes for a cashier to come to counter. I decided to use the restroom and got locked inside because the door knob was broken. Someone tried to help me but managed to get out in my own. The car wash was okay. Ran my card to pay expecting to add a tip. That is not an option. They ran my card a second time to get change so I could tip. The only reason for the three stars is the young man who wiped down the inside did a pretty thorough job. I won't be back.

Then driving into work I could hear my tire didn't sound right. I pulled in and they helped me immediately despite being busy other cars.
