This was my first time at this full service car wash. When I first arrived, there was no one outside and I was unsure where to go. Finally figured it out. A few workers came out and I ordered the $30 full service car wash. When I went inside to pay had to more than 5 minutes for a cashier to come to counter. I decided to use the restroom and got locked inside because the door knob was broken. Someone tried to help me but managed to get out in my own. The car wash was okay. Ran my card to pay expecting to add a tip. That is not an option. They ran my card a second time to get change so I could tip. The only reason for the three stars is the young man who wiped down the inside did a pretty thorough job. I won't be back. read more

This car wash has deteriorated over the past few years. Hardly any soap comes out of the dispensers, the pressure wash wands don't rotate, several water hoses are broken. Water poured out the fittings spraying everywhere but on your car. The equipment is worn out and appears no one is going to fix it. And to top it off the ac was broken in the waiting room. Try to find someone to pay your bill is usually an exercise itself. Only reason I gave it two stars was I got lucky and the guy who wiped down my truck actually cared about his work. read more

I go here about once a month. The car wash itself is ok. I would advise not getting anything above the basic wash which is $30.00. Odds are you will be going over things when you get home. Its the only brushless car wash around so knowing what to expect I will be back. read more

The quality of cleaning has gone down a lot over the last couple years. Not sure if ownership has changed or the majority of the employees just don't care. I could bring my vehicles in here in years past and know it was going to be near spotless. It's never 100% just because of sun glare, etc. but now there are whole sections missed. Simply running a rag lightly over a spot doesn't cut it. You have to actually wipe with a little force! The windows don't get cleaned very much. Vacuuming is ok. Wiping down interior is 1/2 done at best. We do pay for the top option. Getting the lowest option worth of work at best. Unfortunately we are now stuck in a booklet worth of washes read more

So I went here because it's close to my house. Paid 45.00 for the exterior and interior to be clean and fresh smelling when they completed my car it didn't have the dash cleaned at all you could still see the dust and finger prints on the dash the seats weren't wiped down and it really didn't look like they touched the inside at all-- so wanted to do a comparison and the following day I took my moms car to waterway in Manchester. Wow what a difference Waterway was. I paid the same 45.00 for the same package I was supposed to get at Auto spa. The waterway was exceptional. I got in my moms car it smelled new the seats were clean the dash was clean the console was clean even the cup holders were wiped out. The does were sparkling and it was a clean smelling and looking feeling to get into the car. I would not recommend spending the money at AutoSpa again. Go get your car done at Waterway!!!! read more

This was by far the worst car wash I have ever experienced in my life. They didn't even get the bird poop off my windshield. I paid $55 and nothing was even wiped down. I paid an extra $10 for pet hair removal and they did not even try to remove it. I spent an extra 2 hours when I got home detailing it myself and I'm 9 months pregnant. Terrible. read more

When team members drive my car into the bay they have hit my wheels and tire's several times on the right side! Don't seem to care, only objective is to push cars through and get a tip, the more the better, the way of society. Also, I have to always request that my front inside window be wiped down, should be part of service upfront read more

The management use to phenomenal but it's quickly turning to crap. There has probably been 5 different managers in 5 months. And this last manager was my final straw. He doesn't make eye contact when talking to customers or show respect to anyone. i would not spend another dime there if i was you. maybe try the other auto spa down telegraph. read more

I've been to Auto Spa a few years ago. At that time they did a good job. Went back yesterday. The back of my SUV was not vacuumed & the back fender area was not clean. The inside was not wiped down well. At a cost of $21, I expect a better job. I will not return! read more

the site manager at the telegraph autospa will leave you creeped out after one interaction with him, sadly I've had multiple interactions. He's just not fit for a management position, customers deserve respect, eye contact and not to feel like they know more than an employee about their job. They used to always have a friendly manager helping people out, things have changed. I will no longer give them another penny. read more

Pros: Very close to where I live, seemed very nice when selling you the wash. Was going to give 4-5 stars UNTIL: Cons: Got my car back dirty, was told it would be an extra $12.99 to clean soda THEY had spilled in my car. Worst service ever. Manager would not give his name despite repeated requests, and in fact swore at me. I'm going to try writing a formal complaint in but given the level of service, doubt it will go anywhere. I spent $51 for a full service wash, but could have done better with the drive through self service for $10. I had to wipe my car down once I got home as streaks of soap/water were coming from windows, mirror and for handles. I also vacuumed again and wiped the car's interior. I paid extra to have the floor mats thoroughly cleaned. Apparently, they only vacuumed the mats. I had to wash them down myself to rid of the white salt stains . Expect to wait for an hour or more if you're bringing your vehicle in Saturday morning. I can't speak for the other days but they had very few people working and several vehicles in queue. This location seems to have a very inadequate manager(s) and I feel bad for the hard working employees. Once they finally got to my vehicle the service was sub-par but I blame that on them not having enough people (or at least enough people working) and then having to rush through everybody. It's not cheap to get a wash and other services here so I expect some great service for the price. I will not be returning. read more

I keep giving these guys another chance, mainly because I live close by. And, as others have said, set aside an hour to get your car washed. However, I'm done with these guys. I purchased a back stoppers wash book back in October that was good for four washes. Well, apparently, these have an expiration date and when I went in FIVE DAYS after the last one expired, they said they could only give me half off of a wash I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. What a scam, like a gift card that expires in four months. Unethical and for an expensive wash ($36) that is average at best and takes FOREVER. read more

Pros: Lots of options to choose from and great quality products used. Nice work. Cons: Front desk not staffed. Restroom dirty...air fresheners thrown in the fake plant pot in the restroom. Yuk. if you are going to have customers waiting for 30 minutes or more the rest rooms need to be attended to. We were there in the morning and the coffee service was empty. Paid for a Platinum wash but ended up having to leave before tires were done because this is the world's slowest car wash. No one in line and left after 40 minutes with service still unfinished. Understaffed and the people who do work there are inefficient (supplies aren't located next to the cars so they constantly walk back and forth) and move like molasses in January. This place needs a new manager who can motivate his employees to actually work. read more

Decent place of business. Nice kids that work there and do a good job but is the world's SLOWEST car wash. Expect to hang around a minimum of 30 to 40 minutes anytime, closer to an hour at lunch, dinner and peak weekend times. read more

Service was terrible! I called a couple hours before my arrival and was quoted a price for detailing the inside. When I walked in to drop off the truck, the kid behind the counter said it would be more expensive than what I was quoted. I explained to him that I was just quoted a much lower price, and his response was "you were talking to the manager this morning, and he was quoting a good price so he could just get off the phone and get off work". Great Staff, super friendly service. I like the place so much that I bought an annual membership which makes it quick and easy to get in and out. I have a large truck with big mirrors that always hold a lot of water after being in the tunnel. The folks that dry it know this is an issue for me so they politely blow the excess out with an air hose and send me on my way. I am satisfied every time I leave. read more

After returning from vacation with a 2 year old I spent $46.99 to clean inside and outside of my van plus a $5 tip at Auto Spa on Telegraph in Oakville, MO. Once I pulled into my drive, I noticed the bug smears all over my wind shield and the sand on the backseat. I went back and they cleaned it after a few excuses. The next day I got in and found the cracker crumbs and pepperoni in the cup holder. They did a terrible job and I will not return. read more

Went there today for the first time. I drive a black jeep, so it shows dirt easily. When I got my vehicle after their so called wash, you could tell I was given the half ass treatment. The bumpers still had dirt on them and so did the rock sliders. When I looked at the wheel wells they might actually haven gotten dirtier in the process. The windshield had water spots down each side. When I got inside you could see everywhere the kid wiped the dash. He maybe wiped off 30% and figured it was good enough. Overall the vehicle looked clean for the most part, however I believe a cheerleader fundraiser car was could have done a better job. The staff was friendly, but I definitely overpaid for a crappy service. I doubt I'll go back. read more

I always try to give them another chance and then another chance and then another chance...Mostly because they are right up the street. I always get the same terrible service. Don't get me wrong they are polite and when you are not happy they listen but they just don't do a good job. They up-sell you option making it sound like you are going to get a clean vehicle but it never happens. When I tell them I am not happy they send someone over to redo it but you shouldn't have to do that every time. I just gave up and drove off. I now drive all the way over to Watson rd to get my vehicles cleaned. It is unfortunate that I have to take that much time out of my day because basic services can't be met. read more

I arrived with only 2 cars in front of me in line. An hour later and still waiting. The staff seems to be working but have no where near enough people and the manager just seems to be wondering around until someone complained there was no one ringing anyone up. A further delay was caused by who appeared to be an off duty employee who they allowed to go around the line vacuumed his car took it through the wash and then helped him dry while the line increased.
