When I sent pictures of the issues after the cleaning, I was given an apologize and I was told they would redo the cleaning and they would provide me a date and time. I have not received reply. The question is "will we have a cleaning team?" From one time to the next we are never sure someone will show up. We are told one thing by management and another by the cleaning team. Guess who I believe? Sometimes no one shows up at all. Trying to reach them by phone is nearly impossible. We call, leave messages and we wait for days for a call back. Sometimes it never comes. Usually there are lame excuses. A simple call---"We are running late.." "We have to reschedule. Some of our people didn't show up today." You think that would be the first response. What we get is nothing. Today we called to confirm since we have learned that if we don't they won't show. We were told we were second. They'd be here at 1 pm. We had guests arriving at 5. We waited and waited. Called and called. Answering machine all afternoon. Finally at 4. 15 they show up. We said, "you can't do it now. We have guests arriving." We asked if we were second in line today. They said, "Oh know. You were the last scheduled." Management lied. We're looking for a new service. .
