Who knew you shouldn't gatch them with your bear arms? The farmers had a sink we could use but that wasn't good enough, and we'd already checked out of our hostel, but luckily it was a shared bathroom with clean showers, so I came to Walmart to buy towels so Mom and I could sneak back in to the hostel and clean the fuzz off. Walmart had a set of two thin pool towels for $6 and which was priced right for me. We also got a bar of soap, which you'd be surprised to learn they don't have a lot of (I guess everyone does body wash instead)? Using the app I found the towels easily and it was a quick in an out, which I really appreciated. The Walmart was gigantic, which I guess most are. The only reason why I gave it 3 stars is because it's a Walmart and there's nothing special about that.

The pharmacy is the real problem 6 staff members Hispanic girls at desk are arrogant to white people very nice to other Hispanics 2 people waiting require 25 minutes to fill a script with no one working on filling them. Staff sits and talks about Mexican food instead of working. Never known how people like this keep a job to do nothing and jabber about food at WORK. The medical field is ever deepening its poor performance. The doctors/practitioners are nice and knowledgeable but support staff is a joke and clearly directed to the Hispanic population instead of everyone which is very sad. White people are received with a sharp Name!? Hispanics with Hola! and a nice tone. My prescription I was first in line for came after the Hispanic folks 10 minutes after me. I don't believe in promoting any race over another and having support staff pander to it is disgusting. Priority is patients not skin tone. Do better

I had an appt at noon for an immunization. They opened at 10 am and failed to inform me that they ran out of this vaccine 2 days ago. Surprise! Previous interactions caused me to run in circles trying to satisfy requirements and in the end say sorry, we don't actually provide these with your insurance causing me to run out of supplies with no way to regulate my blood sugar for 10 days. The pharmacist says this sounds like a training opportunity as his explanation technique. Also the text reminders that med refills are ready had never notified me once, phone # has been updated and verified, but still in their system wrong. I have been so proactive and so disappointed with each experience. Time to move on to a professional pharmacy.

They have notifications, however you can receive a notification and go in to the store and most times the prescription is not available. Also, you can have multiple prescriptions you are waiting for and you will receive absolutely ZERO indications any number of those were unfilled, unavailable or even cancelled by insurance. The staff is nice in person yet there seems to be a disconnect in their organization, staffing levels and communicating difficulties with customers. Today I happened to stop by to pick up my wife's prescription. I decided to use curbside for the convenience. I called and found that the pharmacy was closed for lunch 1:00 to 2:30, I pointed out that the signage said 1:30-2:00 and was told that it was just too bad. Also told to check the website (I did check Walmart.com and found it only gave times of opening in the morning and closing at night.) The only reason that I go here now is because of price (diabetic meds). I have considered paying a great deal more just to get away from this painful relationship. I guess you do get what you pay for...

Some differences is that I love using the drive up window. I've been able to use coupons Walgreens has given me. I have never been treated rude by any employee and everyone has always been kind. I also noticed that not only were some of my medications more affordable than Safeway, Walgreens puts the maker of the medication on the bottle most Safeway meds are not like that. The quality of the medication was better at Walgreens. One day I happened to drive up just before their lunch and they stayed open for me. Then another day I waited in line for a while and there was a problem with my prescription they worked to help me so that we could fill it. I appreciated that so much! They do answer the phone nobody is hanging up but there is a voice message that sounds like the phone being answered when it hasn't been yet. Everyone in store is nice too and its always clean and well stocked.

I…read morehaven't been through the drive though in less than 30 minutes, sometimes around 45 minutes for a couple cars (2-3 ahead of me). Rx gets sent in, give it a day, call no Rx received. Contact doctor, refill was sent a week prior. So call back, fight auto phone teller, oh they do have it, but they haven't filled it yet. Check back next day, sure we can fill that for you, give us a few hours. Every time, no exceptions. Then they are snippy and rude with you. They close at 1:30pm for lunch, got there at 1:15, a little close but I couldn't break away from work sooner. They put the closed for lunch sign up while I was talking to them, in between our faces and said my Rx wasn't in yet. I'm going back to Safeway.
