I came one warm September Saturday in 2021 looking to see what was available as a cool treat. They offered a variety of different ice cream, sundae, and milkshake flavors. After mulling over the options I finally decided on the peanut butter milkshake. To order I went to the main counter and asked to get a milkshake. One of the workers came over and I got to see them make the milkshake as I waited. I ordered the milkshake to go, drinking it in my warm car as I made my way to Leavenworth to get some pizza for a meal. Surprisingly, the 16 ounce serving was not overly filling. Good balance in flavors and thickness that was perfect priming for my belly pre-pizza. The workers were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

The prescription was ground 1/4 inch too low in my lenses. This made the reading area about 1/8 inch up from the bottom of the lenses. Having to tilt my head back like that caused neck pain. Took the glasses back and told them the problem. Explaining the 1/4 inch difference. I asked that they redo the lenses. All they would do is bend on the frame. There was no offer to replace the lenses. I was told to try the glasses for a few days and come back if needed. For me it is an 80 mile one way trip to Wenatchee. I am not going to spend $20 in fuel for sub-par service.

This clinic is close to home and convenient to drive to. I had been working with their PTA, Brandie, who unfortunately was condescending and visibly annoyed while working with me. She would giggle after making passive comments about me/my performance in order to present the comments as playful, which was extremely unsympathetic considering my physical situation and level of pain. I felt like she was mocking me. At one point she even angrily snapped "I'm trying to help you!" when I winced during therapy. I don't believe any professional should be snapping at patients simply for having a reaction to the pain. That's part of the job and a big part of therapy. They regularly have no idea what is going on, they dont communicate to each other and they dont communicate or respond to family. The attitude of the management staff is rude and unhelpful. The living in conditions my father was in I would never wish upon anyone and the staff just allows it. They dont raise concerns to family members for help or address anything. While the property offers some nice amenities and has a good exterior appearance once you've been there beyond a visit its not a great place to think of family members living in.
