We've had their fresh poke several times and our favorites are the spicy ahi and traditional ahi, and their mac salad is similar to what you can get in Hawaii. Chirashi bowl has a great selection of maguro, salmon, hamachi, shrimp, and egg, all over sushi rice. There's a great selection of fish and we appreciated them cleaning and scaling our branzino that came out delicious on the grill. Prices may be a little higher than other markets, but you can definitely tell you're getting top quality. No seating available to enjoy your chirashi or poke bowls, but plenty of parking. This place can get busy on the weekends so suggest you go early to get the best picks!

One of my first meals after moving here was a poke bowl from this spot! I've been here almost two months and have already visited at least 4-5 times - I've lost count, actually, but I know I'll be back for more. This is already on my place to go treat myself for my upcoming birthday. I'm now totally addicted to their salmon dip. The pricing is reasonable (please don't change), which is fantastic, and the staff I've encountered have all been very kind.

My family has been picking up oysters from them for years and we have NEVER had any problems until the last few times we have placed orders ahead of time. I called to order 15 dozen before the 4th of July and said we would be picking them up this morning. I attempted to call SEVERAL times and the phone was constantly busy/no one answered so I sent an email asking to double our order for the 4th (making our total 30 dozen oysters). My family went to pick them up this morning and paid the full amount of $180 and we went on with our day. This woman calls me saying that we took another customers order and now these people will have to be without for the weekend. I explained that we attempted to get in contact with them to add on but never heard back so we didn't think there was any issue with the order we placed. I apologized but she continued to reiterate that the guys don't work on the forth and we took from other people-again I'm sorry but no one told us we wouldn't be able to add to our order. She then told me "well you can't take more than you order unless we confirm" They have NEVER ONCE confirmed a single order with us or EVER called us back. Not once! The time before this she also insisted that we shorted her $10 which I'm sure we didn't because we double checked the cost before we placed our money in the envelope- we have bought from them for years. Why would we short them ? I sent her an additional $10 via mail so she could "fix her books" like she put it. This is ridiculous. There is a professional and polite way to call and ask someone about an honest mistake..yet she doesn't seem to know how to do it in the proper way. The oysters are good and the for the price you get more than what you pay for but the way she spoke to me was unprofessional and rude. I'm sure my one bad review won't hurt their business nor do I hope it does but you don't treat customers that way-especially when they paid for what they did in fact order. I won't order from them again. I actually attempted to call back to double check the email address we used to contact them but again-no answer so I tried to text instead. Yet again-no response.

I've been shopping at Central Market, now Town & Country for many years. I've always been willing…read moreto drive an hour to shop here because everything was of the highest quality. The meat, produce, deli, et all were all worth shopping here weekly. But then after the remodel, things changed. The deli has half of what it once did. Cheeses that were very popular and sold out every week are no longer available. The bread department has discontinued several items that were once regularly available. The produce has gone from top quality to kind of garbage but the prices still say high quality. Examples are carrots you can bend in half, packages of basil that are rotten on the bottom, potatoes with eyes already developing, garlic that has already sprouted, apples all full of bruises, onions that go bad in just a few days, and the list goes on. Other items has been great,y decreased so that you are often out of stock. What was once an amazing store to buy ingredients has become a store I will only go to if there is something I can't get elsewhere. I regularly spent $400 every week and now it's a few dollars here and there. I thought I was alone but in just my small group of friends, I've talked to at least 10 people that feel the same way I do. It's such a shame to see things go downhill at what used to fe my favorite store!

Plus they have small portions of fresh produce and they'll chop, cut, slice almost anything. It's especially helpful when staying at an Airbnb. I also liked their prepared food options, and the wine selections. The convenience is what brings me back. Yes, prices are higher than a normal grocery store but Central Market doesn't pretend to be anything other than a high end green grocer. On our last visit a couple weeks ago, I was disappointed that they didn't have sushi. I was really hoping to get some. Overall, it's still my go-to place to pick up food when visiting.

As for the crab, I have to be honest it was not very fresh. They were dry instead of moist. Later on in the evening, I enjoyed the crunchy yummy catfish and the red rice and the green beans with a nice little piece of poundcake as a dessert. I hear from the waitress that is a couple from North Carolina. Definitely doing some great things here at wonderful price point.
