I have a crown that was placed and they failed to tell me that it was a square printed in house crown, not a crown that is the shape of an actual tooth. I had such bad referring pain to the tooth next to it. I ended up getting a second opinion after the pain was not resolved and I was told I would need another crown on another tooth. The other dentist saved me from that extra work when it was confirmed nothing was wrong. The crown that was placed in 2024 is now cracked and will have to be replaced. No accountability when you speak up. This is the first place ever having such an experience like this and I enjoy going to the dentist. Their front desk person was quick to get you make insurance switches for their office, but not helpful beyond that. Who knows how long that poor turtle has been in that aquarium that is way too small for it.

My wife received an implant in her lower jaw and an upper denture from this location. We are…read morethoroughly pleased with the implant. No issues and it works great for her. The denture on the other hand has been a nightmare. We have had three instances where regular use of the denture has resulted in a tooth coming loose from the denture. It has been a different tooth for each occurrence. It has been repaired twice and third instance happened today. We are contemplating not having the denture repaired the third time and she will just use her old upper denture which seems to be much more reliable than anything this business can produce in the form of an upper denture.
