This office answered right when I called, and confirmed their websites price of emergency non uninsured special with me. They also got me in within the hour! I was amazed. When we got there the office setting was very relaxing and boosted my mood with their fun music and the receptionists kindness. My daughter who is 9 is autistic and she had to come along, because of course my husband happens to be out of town right now. When I was taken back for X-RAYS and was told she couldn't come with or she'd have to wait in the hall, the receptionist who we made conversation with already was willing to watch her for me in the lobby which was so kind of her to offer since my daughter already had taken a liking to her and she has daughters herself. When my daughter was allowed back, the doctor and nurse were kind about her unusual behaviors and curiosity. The nurse who did my X-rays was kind and wonderful. The doctor was thorough and to the point and also assuring and kind. A plan of care was made and my questions were answered. They honored the price they gave me without any issue at all. My daughter even asked to make this her new dentist! I couldn't say no to that, it will likely also be my new dentist.
